Pascoe on Farah & suburban grounds

My only worry with the two ex Penrith guys now running our mob is, if they were so good, why did Gould let them walk?
Haven't heard anyone wonderful taking their places in the mountains - and Gould usually gets what he wants.

Gould came out on Twitter and said he is very smart, astute and Panthers did not want to lose him was headhunted. In fact they paid for a Harvard Business Course recently.

Gould also did state Pascoe would sort out the Farah issue and Farah will be playing for the Tigers next year.

Were totally screwed next year if both Taylor and Farah are at the club.

So if Farah is at the Tigers next season I suspect Taylor will not be ,if he is next year is just a waste of time the whole place will be toxic city . My dealings in life is once a relationship goes south and so public no mater how one turns the other cheek it just will not work .In this senorio Farah will be even harder to deal with as he knows he also owns the CEO!

And another thread descends into a Farah v JT fiasco.

Welcome aboard Justin. The Panthers have been one of the best run clubs in the last couple seasons. Here's hoping he adds some stability.

I agree. You can't make two people work together. It won't work. Pascoe has to back one of them and punt the other.

Surely Gus is taking the piss and it's a Gee up ?

We had all that commotion and put our brand through mud to supposedly both being on board again ? 😱pen_mouth: surely it's become to Toxic for both being in camp Concord next year.
Unless the Club has excepted what Ayoub has proposed ? that Farah will be out of here come the end of 2016 and saving the Club around $1 Million dollars .
Who knows , very Amateurish .

It has gone to far now, the coach will be totally undermined if Farah stays ,one or the other! This decision alone will set the trend of a the CEO and the wrong call will cause a huge amont of damage .

I think Farah will go personally however, he did not state they would both be here next year.
At this stage I strongly believe Farah and Taylor have to go.

It is perfectly possible that Robbie has done nothing wrong and that Taylor has just made a bad move whilst there was still no CEO at the club which has now backfired. Maybe JT is the problem and could face some harsh consequences . Just putting it out there.

Farah has done nothing wrong in this situation. Hes got a contract here and is able to stay if he wants. He does not need to move.. its an agenda from Taylor to get rid of him. We dont benefit financialy realistically from gettinf rid of him early so for me it doesn't make sense. Maybe if Taylor wasnt so naive in the way he coaches and so dull.. he could see the true worth of Farah. 6 runs and a kick doesnt cut it quite frankly. Personally. I cant see Farah leaving and if thags the case I cannot see Taylor staying as many have said its a toxic relationship that has reaching melting point

Haven't heard anyone wonderful taking their places in the mountains - and Gould usually gets what he wants.

Pascoe's move is a promotion - he was 'head of RL' or some such at Penrith (as opposed to the enormous Panthers Group), and he's the CEO here.
From memory Moss's move was along similar lines (a slight promotion).
They both resigned, neither was moved on.

Lol he only literally started yesterday and people have it in for him already. Some of you waste no time do you.

We head hunted, a senior staff member of another club, and got him? What's going on here? That doesn't sound right.

I doubt we were offering more money, and we're a club in much more upheaval so not exactly attractive in that regard. But apparently the carrot of being CEO and having control over the organisation was enough. And he was so keen to get involved he joined us 6 weeks early. I like it!

Pascoe is commercially very astute according to the NRL 360 show last night - and that' probably what we need in his position considering he now has some pretty capable staff underneath him and a functional board.

I like that he seems to have a very clear view of his objectives and that he is keen to get on with it. If he follows it up with decisive and positive actions we'll definitely be well ahead of where we've previously been.

Sometimes guys like Pascoe want a challenge, so then can prove themselves.
Imagine his resume' if he can sort out all the problems at West Tigers.
