Pascoe sanctioned by the NRL

Makes you wonder, when all that crap with Farah, and Taylor was going on, and Farah’s manager was sitting in the background saying that he had info on the tigers that could be very bad for them…... seems like that grub let it all happen to have one over the club and now it’s come out...

And what does Ayoub gain by doing that?

People are just posting up rubbish based on old wounds.

The facts of the case don't lead to Farah or Ayoub. Pretty simple

If Farah acted like an adult and took his removal like a man we wouldn't be in this mess.
He dug in his heels and this deal was probably an act of desperation by Pascoe to just get Farah out.
I've never seen a player so sensitive and demanding. It's embarrassing how that transpired.
Even Sterlo said on one of his shows that it's hard to watch a grown man act this way when a club wants to move you on.
He never grew up, it explains why he isn't married or has a family by now.

If we have to move players on, he would be first out the door.

And here comes the Farah haters.

My god stick to the facts of the issue and discuss it like an adult please.

If you cant do than its not really Farah who has never grown up is it.

It was already mentioned that the release contract of Farah from the tigers hinged on the inclusion of the ambassador agreement.
Sam Ayoub would not sign off on the release until this was in their hands.

I have no doubt this was something he wanted up his sleeve.

Whose to say when Farah returned last year he didn’t march straight to the club and demand the inclusion of the ambassador agreement.

Are you forgetting that player managers get a cut of any deal???

If it wasn’t signed or agreed upon then why the hell did it get handed over to Ayoub?

No one is denying that. Please explain how Ayoub influenced this witch hunt by the NRL. What does he stand to gain by dobbing on his client and his clients club?

Waiting for your answer, not your opinion on the man that in Sam Ayoub.

As i said people are just posting up rubbish based on old wounds.

100% mate. Ayoub had nothing to gain from this. Had it been Isaac Moses (who actually did threaten to bring the club to it's knees) then i would believe it. It's not in Sams interest to have all this come out, all it's done is put unfair pressure on his client (Farah). Does anybody honestly believe Farah would want to be in the middle of this? The NRL has cleared himself and Sam of any wrongdoing, and rightly so. It's not Farah or Ayoubs fault or job to ensure Wests Tigers included this in their salary cap. They reached an agreement with the club, the club needed to include it in the salary cap ( according to the NRL).

Look its not even debatable. Id like to see some moderation on these posts as they are just out of control slander and rubbish. Guys posting them need to be told to pull their heads in.

I've made it known in the past how I felt about the Farah saga, but letting go of the only other hooker that we have outside of an injury prone kid yet to deliver on his potential will cripple us on field.

Also, neither Farah or Ayoub have anything to gain by bringing this to light.

Both points are just lunacy.

Your right, it’s 100% speculation at the moment. But it must of been triggered by something and my thoughts are intentional or not, It would have come about when Farah re joined the club mid year or at least when he signed his new contract later in the year.
Whether Sam did it with an axe to grind or did it just to make sure he got his money. He has a piece of papper in his hands that the tigers needed to make good on their promise.
It is a big blunder that they did not mention it to the NRL at the time. However I’m sure with everything that was happening in late 2016 they may have done a rethink on the ambassador role. That is until Sam Ayoub ensured it was included in the release.
As I said if it wasn’t intended or agreed on at the time why include it. But Sam has every right to ensure the security of his Client and would not care one iota what ramifcations were to come of it.
He is clean as far as any wrong doing of the deal that had been arranged. but I can’t rule him out as far as his involvement in ensuring the contract deal sticks.

You mean doing his job. The one Farah pays him good money for.

Seriously your hating the guy for doing his job now. Let it go. . . . .

No I’m not hating the guy. I’m pointing out that in him doing his job it may have resulted in another losing his. Not saying it’s his fault just what may have happened at the time they registered Farahs latest contract.

I think the contract registering process is a complete joke.
And hopefully the Tigers can win the case so that the NRL can be shown as incompetent as I think some of the blame does lie with them in this also.

I don’t want this to come off the wrong way because there’s nothing wrong with venting, but why does it even matter if someone leaked it? And who it may have been? We were still caught with our hand in the cookie jar.
This is the least of our problems right now.
Most of us have accepted that Justin simply failed to follow a certain guideline, which unfortunately was unheard of until now. Almost every single one of us has been left reeling from it but it’s no good turning on players or each other.
We have no idea how long this process is going to take and we certainly don’t have any idea of what the outcome will be. I’m more concerned whether the NRL are going to deal with the matter in a non-biased and ethical manner. My only hope is that we receive a positive outcome.

If you don't cheat you don't get punishment.

Sorry to say it but we cheated.

I hope a fool like you is ready to post a retraction after the appeal.

And on what basis can YOU unequivocally state that this decision by the NRL won't be overturned.

"The club does not know if he is going to take it up and Robbie has not indicated his intention in return".

So unless you take that statement from the club at face value you're obviously implying the club has lied to the NRL and also to its sponsors and members.

Robbie is a germ and so is Sam Ayoub. Nothing will change my opinion.
Robbie's idol growing up was Benny Elias. I'm not surprised to see he is shaping into that dastardly mold.
Can't wait until 2019 is over and we finally see the back of this cancer once and for all.

You can go back to worshiping the manchild now.

Can you tell me the contents? Cheers.

This is all becoming very confusing. They say Justin Pascoe was the only one who knew about the deal yet it was well publicised when it was all happening - plenty of WTs supporters knew about it -without being privvy to figures - surely Marina Go knew about it too.
Greenburg probably didnt because he clearly doesnt give a rats about WTs.
I cant help but feel this has all been pre empted by someone just not sure who.

There's a difference between everyone knowing the general concept of broad offer and an individual knowing about the specific details of a written agreement.

Huge difference. We'll bring you back after you retire on a standard office salary is very different to a written contract signed by Justin and Robbie which states we'll hire you as an ambassador for 4 years from this date to that date, and pay you 150k a year.

This is what is called a Fixed Term Contract
Its very common in large organisations

What’s JT got to do with anything?

I’ve lost family members to cancer as well. But I guess this is the world today. Someone’s always offended by something.
