Its a good value signing.Everyone yaks on about the big 4 however These are the type of players that win you comps and it flies under the radar.

We need a 5/8 for next year and they are getting thin on the ground. We should release Moses now so that JR can step up into his rightful position. Now that JT has gone, he will not be forced to play out of position and sure that Cleary will make him a much better player.

Ballin is not a lame ass.
He has had a horrible run with injuries and with MM and Liddle at the club he should probably retire and work in a off-field role for the tigers.
I met him on Sunday and he is an extremely nice bloke with great manners and is very respectful.
He also has helped out McIllwrick and everybody on the forum loves him (including me). Lets give some of the credit to Ballin, and he has also gone to hospitals etc. to represent the club. Good on him, he is a great bloke with lots of NRL experience. It's a shame he has had a horrible run of injuries.

Also I thought Edwards, Kev and Rowdy were all exeptional on the weekend. Grant runs hard, I don't know what your problem is with Chee-Kam, Rankin is a half, Lovett at least tries hard, Hunt is a handy backup utility.

Sure not everyone in our squad is a representive player who wins awards at the Dally M, but there is a salary cap and we need some of these players because you are not going to have the same 17 all year because you will always have injuries and suspensions. These guys may not be up to first-grade standard but they are great for us off the field and they try their heart out every week, even if its in reserve grade.
