Rising NZ star murdered

A very tragic story Happy , some just get caught up in the wrong moments trying to do good and suffer the Consequences , absolutely not fair is it ?

This is a bit of Topic what i'm going to say:
Not saying that these guys in the fights where high on Drugs or anything , but there is some bad stuff out there that make people go Crazy and go into Rages , i see it in my Job all the time Friday and Saturday night are the worst in our Hospital of these cases , just no respect for Health Care workers they try and spit in your face, they don't Care they are on such a high and on a rage they can't control cause of the Drugs there on.

I am not a young person but on two separate occasions recently I was approached by much younger guys who seemed intent on goading me into a fight on the streets and in broad daylight. On each occasion I was pretty well minding my own business before the incident occurred. Also on each occasion I looked into the aggressor's eyes which didn't look normal, if you know what I mean. I decided to not get involved in what they were trying to achieve and continued along my way without further incident.

I suppose things haven't changed that much in that way , but the problem is now days their are weapons involved and fights are rarely one on one

Without trying to sound like an old know it all , when a fight broke out when I was young 9 times out of 10 it was one on one , if someone tried to get involved someone else would step in and stop the 2nd person and once the person went down , it didn't get carried on and they were shown some respect

Now they think they have to beat them half to death and have six mates helping them

When we left the place we were having a meal when on holidays , some young fella made a comment to my Mrs about wishing she would be his cougar

As much as I wanted to tell the wife and kids to go wait in the car , you just can't do that in this day and age

Anyway , when I brought this up in the car , the Mrs just said she enjoyed the compliment LOL

That is all you can do mate, it happened to me 9 years ago when I was living in Sydney . I grew up in the Fairfield area and one Saturday night the wife and I went Stocklands to get a movie, next to the Video shop there was a Macca's where there was Kids hanging out in there Car Park, when we got out of the car minding our own business walking to video shop , I hear these guys yelling " hey Baby I would love to " you know what ? "come here and get on the lolly" I turn around not knowing who they were directing it to ? I turned around and stood there when I realised they were saying it to my Wife , they started leaning of there Cars thinking I was going to take them on ( there was about 15 of them anywhere between 18 and 25 years old) . They started screaming Arabic stuff to me . The Mrs squeezed my hand and said just walk . I was never going to take them on believe me , people just don' respect anyone these days .
We got home that night and I said to the Mrs we are not raising our Family here (she was 5 Months pregnant at the time with our 1st) , 6 months later packed our things and moved to the Gold Coast .

It boils down to the younger people not having respect,my father and mother taught me as did their mum and dad teach them…

Somewhere along the way it has got lost and appears never to return with some of the absolute tragedies that have happened.

I hope someone realises that society in general is falling prey to these younger thugs,a fairly hard justice system may help stem the flow, however the do gooders that protect these types need a good kick in the arse.

It's all well and good to say it is drugs etc,but it is very much like charity......it starts at home..so should the teaching of respect.

And there in lies the problem...do the parents know what their children are up to,probably not and therefore to have respect you must also have DISIPLINE.....that is another thing lacking in today's society..

Please don't get me wrong I'm not beating up the young kids, just me seeing in which direction everything is heading, this young star was trying to do the right thing and is now no longer with us as has many other people who have been on the receiving end of a coward punch from some D...h..d full of drugs and piss

The sooner our society steps up and takes a firm stance on this rubbish, then it will only continue......what a sad situation the world in general has ended up in.. 😢

May I add we did have in mind the previous 2 years to that night that we wanted to move away from Sydney the Traffic was really driving us up the Wall.

I'm with you in regards with the Laws , what Comfort does a Family get when one of there loved ones is Murdered , the accused get's a 25 year sentence for Murder then once his in there comes out 15 year's later :rant , for what making his Bed every morning while he's in Jail .

Healthcare workers certainly deserve more money.Imagine how much crap the cops "cop"

Terrible. A good example for everyone to get as far away as possible when fights start. Its not worth it.
