Robbie Farah..Discussion Thread.....

Is Farah actually training with the team? (maybe he is in rehab group)

He doesn't appear in any of the video & pictures the club has been releasing?

Or are they just editing him out like they have with all the other marketing?

They released a week of training pictures and Robbie was in about 4 or 5 of them.

Are Farah and Taylor nearing a truce?

Adam Lucius By Adam Lucius

Is this another sign Jason Taylor and Robbie Farah are moving closer to peace talks that will see the popular skipper stay at the Wests Tigers?

After a week of working together at pre-season training, Taylor has declared his relationship with Farah is ‘fine’ and they may end up combining to plot the club’s 2016 premiership campaign. That’s despite the NSW No.9 having an open-ended offer to take up an opportunity at another club on top of the arrival of Manly rake Matt Ballin.
“If Robbie stays Robbie will be in the plans and we’ll work together – that’s how it will be,” Taylor told Sky Sports Radio. I’ve heard a lot of talk that it’s untenable and one of us will have to go but it’s just not how it’s going to work.

“We’re both professional guys and that’s how I see it working.”

Asked to describe his relationship with Farah, Taylor replied: “I’d describe it as fine. We spent a fair bit of time together this week as coach and player. “I coached Robbie through plenty of drills and we sat down later in the week and looked through some video and a couple of things he’d be doing we can work on. “It’s not a change (of my stance) in the fact that Robbie was given the opportunity to look around and, if he ended up remaining, he’d always remain (part of the plans).”

Well that should add another 500+ pages!

Could well do …as with a similar article from sportal on Marty is staying a week before he left...I'm tipping Farah will be gone by the end of the week....

I thought the Dragoons where signing him?

Dragons sniffing around for Farah
I can confirm talks have been held between the Tigers and the Dragons regarding Robbie Farah’s future - but the two clubs remain deadlocked. They cannot agree on how much each will pay towards Farah’s sizeable wage packet for next season while another major stumbling block remains - Farah doesn’t want to go anywhere.

But the Tigers continue to make life difficult for Farah in a bid to move him on - in the last two weeks they have signed Manly’s Matt Ballin and stripped Farah of the captaincy. But Farah is determined to see it out and has resumed training at Concord in what can only be described as a very frosty atmosphere under embattled coach Jason Taylor.

Said it before and i'll say it again, if Farah stays he will be playing firsts in round 1 whether JT likes it or not.

We are doomed. I don't agree with the stance on Farah but it was supposedly taken in the best interests of the club. Now we can all get along and work together. It seems Job Preservation is more important than the club. Weak coaching & Weak Leadership.

You can say it a million times.
Telling us why you think/know/suspect/guess this would make it more interesting.
As it stands…saying it over and over is just plain boring

it's not a matter of opinion whether farah will be no.9 come rd 1\. he will be there if he's still with us. i don't think you or anyone is actually stupid enough to think that robbie will be in reserve grade. nothing interesting about that, maybe milky can make it more interesting
