Wow just Wow….Todd Payten...the Club wants to move forward...

Irrespective if you are in the Taylor camp the Farah camp ....if the board suddenly backflip on their decision it will be a bigger mistake than making it in the first place....How people can really believe we are better off letting player power control the direction the Club takes is beyond me.... we are truly doomed...

What half decent Coach in their right mind would come within cooee of the place...Oh another boys club man...awesome...

Sorry Geo, it's not player power
It's coach incompetence,
and it's been shown a lot through this year,
The board will go wherever the money wants it to go. Or they might surprise all and get a compromise , which had it been done before it got to this stage, would've been the best result.

Well what a pathetic excuse that is… the we have a incompetent Coach...he is teaching us to lose games....Oh no if we lose we might get dropped never happened much to the bemoaning of this forum... if we play our way and win we might get dropped..

No ...the old win Players Lose Coach....nah not player power at all...

Huh?????????

Farah is gone. His position is untenable.

The club have backed the decision/coach and are trying to put on a "total accountability" front so there will be no backflip.

My faith in Go, Moss and the coach will vapourise if they back down from the decision. You've nailed your colours to the mast, now have some conviction and confidence in the decision and stick by it. Rolling over now would be tantamount to the admin giving into player power on Sheens and Potter.

1000000% agree

The way i see it..

The whole forum and overwhelming majority of supporters at games have been criticising Jason Taylor and his coaching (or lack there of) all season.

I was at the Tigers game at Leichardt against the Titans where all the fans were turning to JT and the coaching box and giving it to him for his faliures.

So when our club legend and captain stands up for what the majority of us are saying and trys to give his opinion why are we so against him when it reflects what we are all saying ?

We can't express our views to JT directly, Robbie can and should !

JT has been feeding us spin all season and as soon as a player stands up for what the majority believe he attempts to have him sacked.

That doesn't sit well with me at all..

So with Farah going , no decent new signings to replace anyone we've recently let go and we're going to retain a coach who isn't liked by the players , who was appointed by a clueless board …
That'll do me !

What message did Taylor give to the Board? Sponsors giving it to the Board, the Board call Taylor in and hopefully this will be the end of Taylor. Bring back Payten. He should never have been allowed to leave.

Sorry Geo, it's not player power
It's coach incompetence,

You all win bring in the next guy….Sack Taylor

1000000% agree

You guys are forgetting the main point here - he has a contract for 2 more years and does not have to go anywhere.
No matter what anyone says or does …

So has Taylor

They are both grown men - let them sit down and agree to work together for a year and let Farah play his final year in Super League ….as was originally agreed.

So what?
The post was about Farah going.
The only way they can get rid of him is to pay him $2 million to walk away.
How much do you think they would need to pay Taylor to walk?

Lol … Think Geo's been in the turps tonight !
At least with Toddy we'd have a happy club ....unlike the disaster that's unfolding before us.

Aren't we all getting ahead of ourselves, nothing's happened yet.
If he's dumped he would need to be paid out or given another job if he wanted it, but at the moment he's still coach
My mistake, I took it that we were talking about taylor

Well you said he didn't have to go anywhere. Taylor has a contract too so surely the same applies to him.

Happy what makes you think that with Payten at the Helm…?

Taylor was aware that Robbie had two years to run when he signed on as coach. Why can't they just work together as a team …. Isn't that what being professional is all about ??
