Well sign him up and put a jumper on him, maybe he’d be more use on the field than off. This type of coaching indicates a doer not a teacher and that’s not what you need !I think one of the most embarrassing things I hear quite often is how all the players talk about how Benji 'jumps in' with them at training. No other head coach would do that shit. It's childish and reeks of an inexperienced coach, he can be their mate but he also has to be their boss. Doing set plays among them just carving them up isn't helping anybody and honestly makes them view him as one of the boys/players instead of their coach.
