They talk about us releasing matterson what about Cronulla releasing Morris and Flanagan, big mistake

What people overlook with comments like this is that is it isn’t as simple as club x shouldn’t have released player x cos look at him now. A lot of the time the player takes his game to a new level cos he’s in a new and better system. There’s no indication Morris and Flanagan would be playing like this if they were still at the Sharks. They happen to be in a pristine system and are benefitting. Even some of our guys would go to new levels at the Roosters. Aloiai would be an Origin player.

Zzzzz

Sorry, i’ll be more simplistic for you next time.

Broncos??? That’s his heart for his old team speaking there, don’t think they’ll be anywhere near the top 8 this season.

I like the fact that Moses tried his best to hide away in defence and the roosters still found him out looked like a gameplan to me. Josh Morris in particular ran at him all night to good success

Titans should sack Mal, he has made bugger all improvements since he has been there

IMHO Mal is a Coaching Myth. My grandmother could have coached QLD to win those series. He has next to zero rep at club level.

Could not agree more, and I seen him do something one day at Jindabine that changed my opinion of him forever, not for the better either

Just put allegedly in front of it and tell us 🙂

Not allegedly, I saw it, Mal was playing for the raiders at the time, he had one of his broken arms, he had plaster on it.
A little boy about 7 years old came up to him with a pen and pad, asked for an autograph.
Mal looked down at the kid and said “F*** off”, the little kid nearly wet his pants and walked off crying.
I have hated Mr what has rugby league done for me ever since.

I saw Geoff Toovey do the same thing, though that was at a game at Campbelltown to a kid in a magpies jersey. Still completely uncalled for.

If raiders win by 6+ we will jump into 8th. Reckon there’s a good chance of it too.

Just gotta keep winning and hold the spot now. Bulldogs always a danger game for us just like titans

Is it just me or has Jennings really turned the clock back ...playing well consistently

I said that a couple of weeks ago, he's on fire.

Look he wasn’t bad but they claim he’s the best half in the league and when his team was under pressure he didn’t step up.

Couldn’t make a tackle to save his life either

There's no doubt the guy can play in attack, so long as his team is winning easily. His defense has got slightly better but is still a huge liability and for that reason he won't go to that next level. Did I mention he's a massive tool and I hate him. Haha.

I’m loathed to compliment anything Parra related, but how good is Dylan Brown. He’ll be the dominant half in that team going forward.

His missed tackle on Morris for the first try was bad. He should have taken him over the sideline. Munster certainly would have.

Slime Moses can play, however he is not one of the best half backs in the game despite the media salivating on his every move and the push for SOO.
He is a half, like a lot of them, who look good when his forwards dominate however the definition of a great half back is one who can find a way to win when his team is struggling like Johns, Thurston, Cronk etc.
His defence is pee poor and his decision making under pressure is bad.
As we saw last night roosters targeted him and he was nowhere to be seen even though his pack wasn’t dominated.
average first grader with a fantastic media manager behind him in my opinion.

I thought the Eels/Roosters game could have easily swung the Eels way after they scored and converted. Somehow Keary hit back almost immediately - but if that didn't happen right then the Eels were looking good.
Hate to say it but the Panthers looked good on Friday night as well - makes me think that we will struggle to make the 8 as seven of the eight teams above us currently are much better than us. The only team I can see us possibly dislodging, provided we play well enough to win half our games at least, is the Rabbits. I reckon it will be a battle for 8th between us, the Rabbits and the Broncos.

No way the Broncos will challenge for the 8

Depends how many times that they get a "tame" ref.In the past when they are in trouble they seem to get a golden patch of decisions go their way
