Me too! I woke up and rushed to read anything I could find about the game.I must've still been grinning in my sleep I reckon. What a great game of footy, so proud of the team. Well done
Awww I am getting teary thinking about your mum being so proud, lost my mum last year & she would have been the same. Give that lovely lady a hug for me. ❤️My mum is nearly 80. She doesn’t attend games anymore as she is getting frail. She watches every game all decked out in her Tigers gear. She actually had some tears of pride at full time. Thats what our nut job club does to us. We are a basket case but it’s our basket case and moments like last night reminds us why I and you guys are so passionate about our basket case. To everyone on this forum enjoy today. We have earned the right to feel good about being a Tiger. So proud of that effort.
The day after it has sunk in a bit & after forgetting how to win for 273 days now I know what winning feels like
This morning I was like the toyota oh what a feeling ad 😂
Lets keep up this winning feeling & forget what losing feels like
The footy gods may have been in our favour last night but the ref sure wasn’t and yet the boys dug deep and won. It felt like a dream.Does anyone know if there was a full moon out last night? With all the rain in NSW, I couldn't tell. Cause there was something very strange that I haven't been used to with this team. The ball bouncing our way, only 2 mistakes (seriously, let that 1 sink in!), winning a challenge early, 2 40/20's! I'm not a religious person, but the footy gods were in our favour last night.
I could watch it all day on loop.Only game I don't get to watch and suffer through all year and we win. Tried not to hear the news but of course, idiot mates told me.
Glad to see we won. Will watch later with a cleansing ale.
Bula’s tackle had a lucky outcome. 9/10 times Cleary holds onto that and scores. Was a fantastic tackle, even though he most likely knew the momentum would still carry him across the line. Other fullbacks we've had would have made a half arsed attempt, but Bula put his body on the line just on the off chance he stops him. Nofo's tackle as critical as i and many others have been of him is in the same vain, there seems despite the results a belief in the camp and a togetherness we haven't really had for a long time.

Nofo’s tackle physically caused the attacker to fail scoring a certain try. It was infinitely better and isn’t getting the praise it deserves. Dave looked like he cared deeply about winning last night and showed he still wants to be a first grader at this club.
Last night emphasised the importance of a what a player like Api in our team brings. As good as brooks was and with all the good plays he did, I don’t think we win without him.
Love it.How good is winningHaven’t taken my jersey off yet
If he catches the ball on the full then he already is better than Laurie.I agree Bula's tackle had a lucky outcome, my point being is he put himself in the position to create that luck. As i said other fullbacks we've had recently wouldnt have made that kind of effort, and to be honest it should be what you should expect from your fullback.
Nofo's tackle was outstanding obviously he caused a drop and bundled him into touch in one movement, its good to see Nofo finally seeming to give a crap.
With Bula you can see he's far from the polished article i dont like them throwing the superstar tag at him after 2 games, the last player that happened to with us was Brooks so i hope we temper that excitement, he will make silly mistakes and may not always be in the right position but it will come with time fingers crossed.
