This game has been all Saints. Wests have been poorly disciplined and error riddled and have one in the bin.
Wests are winning 6-0. Outstanding scramble defence.

Good to hear hopefully they pull ot together and put some points on

A very disjointed first half. Players would have spent almost as much time jogging between penalties and errors as they did actually playing. And then Wests also had a player sinbinned on top of it.

Da Silva a stand out. Shows an excellent feel for the game which allows him to make smart decisions and capitalise on the space it provides with his speed.

That number 7 for the Dragons is very good on his feet. Dangerous attacker.
Wests 18 Saints 10

The winger Lene has some To'o about him.

Da Silva the standout and overall they were too good in the 2nd half.

Dragons 7 Quinn and their forward Sergaris talented as well.

Da Silva was a class above. Just seems to know when to run, when to pass and how to best manipulate defenders in front of him. Really excited to see what he can do under the guidance of Farah and Api.

Miller some good powerful carries and has that aggression in him. A couple more NRL pre seasons and sticking with guys like Klemmer and Stefano will help him with his game further.

Clarke was very impressive. Does all the tough stuff and still has a bit of flare in him too.

Ofele Lene was the best out of the back 5 by a mile. Looked dangerous every time he touched the ball.

Tavana showed glimpses on the other wing. I thought the Dragons contained Galvin and Saukuru really well all game.

A mistake riddled performance, but just like the HM boys, good to see them grind out a win with some desperation in defence and turning up for each other.

Hopefully have Kit Laulili'i and Fa'agutu back on deck next week too!

I'm always encouraged by Miller's keenness to take multiple hitups per set. Often takes the first and third/4th.

Was great to have talyn back, he makes a huge difference.

Not sure why our boys dropped the ball so much today. Matts started at 10 , wasn't that hot. Hopefully just a bad weekend and both squads knuckle down and work hard on the discipline.
