Latu looks amazing. Generational talent. I think him, galvin, strange and katoa are the future halves of the gameLatu Fainu will be many times better for the long term than Sexton.
Galvin is mostly a passer and Strange mostly a runner, at least at this stage of their careers. From what I have seen of Latu, he can do both very well.Latu looks amazing. Generational talent. I think him, galvin, strange and katoa are the future halves of the game
That would result in Latu leaving.Luai to 6. Fainu 14.
No hope deadset , keep polishing that genie lamp.Got no mail....but I'm expecting David Fifita to be a huge announcement before June 30. Just a gut feeling. We have a butt load of money to spend and roster places to fill, a massive area of need and he obviously wants out of GC and they want him out. Richo said signings were coming and I'm thinking this one is just taking time to work out details. He hasn't been shy about making big moves in his first 18 months here........
AD contact is poor, a tug boat has more lateral movement. I can’t see AD making 20-30 tackles a game. Goal kicking % if high keeps AD in the team somewhere.I hope the Talyan are correct will help push second half season.
This would allow Benji to get AD to move into 13. I personally think would work perfectly. Good ball player also keeps him in the middle and can make use of his big boot that we are missing ATM. Then Heath can play 14 between him and TDS to keep learning and getting time in cup. Teal back to middle of the bench. Then you can carry Hunt on the bench as don’t need big minutes out of him. I would have him 10 before half and 5-10 mid second half when TM get a quick break.
Wonder how long the Taylan deal has been happening, I just wonder if the club knows Douhi is slowing.I wonder if they were considering Cobbo and either changed their opinion or couldn’t get him so decided on Taylan.
For AD to keep his spot he needs to be kicking at 75 - 80%. If anything lower he's really not irreplaceable, I love the guy he's all heart and loves the club. He has done an amazing job coming back from all his injuries, I just think it's catching up to him. Maybe his next deal could be a cheap deal as a back up lock or centre in reserve grade. He's a great guy and I hope he finds a gig somewhere, iv a lot of time for Douhi. He tried carrying us through our darkest days after Cleary with Madge. When we find success it's because he put his hand up and put it all in for us. But I think his time with us is coming to an end.AD contact is poor, a tug boat has more lateral movement. Sorry Lukic I disagree. Latu to 7 Luai to 6. Latu was back yesterday, once he got into the halves he straightened things up, give him another month, him and Luai will be fire.Luai to 6. Fainu 14.
Personally think after the Cleary, Munster rivalry for the games best half. The next two will be Ketoa and Latu.Latu looks amazing. Generational talent. I think him, galvin, strange and katoa are the future halves of the game
Ketoa is unbelievable.Personally think after the Cleary, Munster rivalry for the games best half. The next two will be Ketoa and Latu.
Galvin isn't a skidmark in Katoas underwear. That guy is an absolutely amazing player, I love watching him play, he reminds me of Joey Johns, in that Ketoa seems to know what's going to happen 4 plays ahead of where he's at. He should be the first 2 million dollar player not Galvin.Ketoa is unbelievable.
Yet... all you hear about is Galvin.

Id like to see AD have a shot at 13, he is too slow to be in the backline...His D has improved this year and he has the body shape with some weights to become a decent 13For AD to keep his spot he needs to be kicking at 75 - 80%. That Hassett kid from the Riff would be another good young player signing if we snag himTaylan May 23
Kai Pearce Paul 24
Two perfect additions to our squad in terms of talent and youth. Both players already playing high quality footy and barely scraping the surface of what they could be.
Excellent acquisitions going into this team giving our spine of Bula, Latu, Luai and Api more talent to work with.
I know we’re not in the top 8 and have lost our last few lately - I still have really high hopes of what we can be to end this year but especially next year with our team cause we’ve shown really good signs for majority of the season. Especially now Galvin’s finally gone.
I still also think we’re just one solid forward signing away from being content with our squad making finals aspirations consistently.
Something to consider as well - people might overlook what this is going to do to his brother Terrell. We might see him take it another level now playing with his brother in the same team. Vice versa Taylan.
Both are 6s if you ask meSorry Lukic I disagree. Latu to 7 Luai to 6. Latu was back yesterday, once he got into the halves he straightened things up, give him another month, him and Luai will be fire.
He plays direct. That's what I love.Galvin is mostly a passer and Strange mostly a runner, at least at this stage of their careers. From what I have seen of Latu, he can do both very well.
Front rower for sure..need a leinu type on the benchOne more fully fledged first grader and I think we have our squad complete.
It's got to be a forward. Just can't decide on Prop or a versatile backrower. Whoever it is needs to provide impact.
