I’ve heard similar about other players we wanted to sign. Instead of selling the club we just throw big money at them and expect people to just sign because of that. I know for a fact we missed Sean Keppie because of it.
Latrells right we need the foundations there a solid spine at least hopefully we can have some stability there next season
Why would we throw big money at Sean Keppie?

Interesting isn’t it.
I made a point about how the Titans have recruited this year and how the outcome would be viewed as although an expensive one it hard to argue it wasn’t successful.
In that topic I remember a back and forth conversation with others saying we just need to give them more money in terms of attracting potential recruits.
Latrell’s on the money and I’m not sure a year of finding our style is enough to entice JAC either.
We should probably start our recruitment like the Titans did by looking at the players now free to sign with other clubs for 2022 and retain who we deem as our ‘core’. the foundation players that will be at the club in 5 years time. Following that a few complementary signings then start rolling out the carpet to land the bigger fishes.
Money doesn’t always get the big players.

I think he’d be a great signing. The dude is still a beast, thought he had a great year.
Always first guy to put his hand up for a dirty hit up, great finisher and great club man.
I would love a wing combo of Nofo and Mansour. I’m a Kepoa fan as well but that just adds more competition. Mbye might find himself without a spot if he doesn’t show something more.

Yes sounds like just the sort of hysteria the daily tele would spew up.
Seriously there is no way in hell he’s going to be allowed to keep playing if a hit to the head would kill him. Even just writing that sentence reduced my IQ.
Without looking it up he played pretty much every game this year. He’s infamous for looking after his body. I’m not concerned about his body at all.

Mansour would be a terrible signing. To old too slow and doesn’t add anything at all.
