We lack leadership out there and he'll be good for that, he's also an excellent defender. We can have Stefano, Seyfarth and Mikaele for impact if need be.
We definitely need more impact as well, we don't win the collision and that is a big issue.
I think a lot of it is attitude. In attack we can compete up the middle, make good metres and find out fronts against anyone when we want to its defence we struggle just sitting back waiting for teams
Our pack is just a little unbalanced at the moment, we have a lot of players that will push out really good metres as you suggested but lack the player that can really hurt the defensive line. Our defense is way too passive.
Pangi would set the standard, he hurts in tackles.

Averaging 28 tackles a match at 92% efficiency. I wish the rest of our team was as bad as him.
