I can still vividly remember the first post I'd read of his, it was him talking up a young Rabbitohs player for Lebanon by the name of Doueihi. He banged on and on about him.
Watched them play because of that post and have been a fan of him ever since. Doueihi that is 😜.

People are forgetting that Hodgson had a massive blow up with Ricky Stuart this year. Critiques of Hodgsons game by Stuart ended up being repeated almost to the word by one of the fox guys. That’s why he didn’t want to be captain anymore because he lost trust in his coach. I’d be very suprised if Hodgson is a raider next year. With a clear head space I reckon he would be an amazing signing for us . Liddle had his chance this year and he was terrible.kept getting gassed, terrible service from dummy half. Hodgson would be a massive upgrade.

Surely this new contract is a good deal for the 3. No doubt Helensburgh are pretty disappointed as they didn't get the chance to play their finals last year. That was a great achievement for the club and too everyone involved.

Hodgson mentoring young Simpkin for the next year or so seems a great idea. Hodgson is tough and clever and comes from a winning culture. Jake Liddle as our main 9 just hasn't worked out unfortunately.

Don't worry about him Lauren, the guy is a total wanker.

He has been around for ever and my first recollections of him were as a sideline eye doing the footy on 2GB way back in the 80's or 90's and not real sure what he has been doing since then.

The fact that you don't know anything about him pretty much sums up his relevance in the journalism game.

Throw the kitchen sink at both Lomax and Harry Grant to be the future of this club. Be aggressive and make them both our targets and offer them as much as we can, both reportedly keen admirers of Madge and the Wests Tigers (bringing one could attract the other to come) - alongside Laurie, Doueihi, Stefano, Blore, Luciano and Twal with some good pieces like Ken, Joffa, Talau, Nofa and Mikale

Bring in some nice young forwards, I’d like to look at Spencer Lenui, Helem Luki and Franklin Pele.

Then get Brooks out, put that 700-800k towards a good halfback that comes available and all of a sudden we’re a threat for the next decade as they’re all young - think the biggest question mark circulating around our whole squad is who wears 7 bc Hastings hasn’t proven anything yet

If we managed to get to the point of actually having Grant and Lomax, along with Douehi at 6 and Laurie at 1, you could actually probably just run with Madden tbh. He is a quality game manager. People around here think he's a lot worse than he really is. He's got a lot of potential.
