From what I've seen, Robson is lightening quick, holds his spot in defence and can sniff out a try close to the line. However some of his service is below part time dh standard, and he does not read the game particularly well if at all. His qualities are not the same qualities the tigers saw in Hodgson.
If true I understand why the cows offered him up, I also understand why he was promptly declined.

This from Gould who stated on Ch 9 Monday League show that when asked about the Tigers he said that the only way for clubs like the Tigers and lower ranked clubs is to build within (developing juniors)..'its not a short term fix'. Well the hypocrisy is mind blowing.

Whys that make him a hypocrite? He's right...
The Dogs and Parra aren't clubs like the Tigers - They have money - That they like to spend on the Football Dept.
I remember a few years back now, When the Wests Group (Ashfield / Campbelltown) and Balmain Leagues put in 150k each (300k Total) To the Tigers Football dept.
Canterbury Leagues put in 4 mill.

Dogs were playing in GF's, We were overpaying Adam Blair.

Yea , that’s some 2018 type scenarios there mate . In the last few years the investment in the football department has gone up leaps and bounds , and come the end of this offseason even more .

Wests Ashfield put a million into the Tigers last year.

Pales in comparison to the successful clubs…

It’s 1 mil which is 300% increase on what you said it was . That as well as the COE and the fact the club turns a profit anyway , is it really ? There’s spending money and then there’s spending money .

If we rate Luki the Cowboys must too. Why would they contemplate weakening their strength by offering him up to get LL a year earlier. Can't see a swap happening unless they have a player that wants out that we rate of equal ability.

Liddle always had the ability to get the forwards moving over the advantage line with his great passing from dummy half. What has changed in the last few years? mmm.

He isn't even contracted beyond 2022 and obviously not a first choice given LL's signature. Parra rated Papall'i but he signed with us. A lot depends on cap space etc as well.

People at different clubs see different things sometimes. Like people at the Cowboys who think LL is worth 700k per season

There's only a few specific players we want it seems and the cowboys don't want to let them go, plus the players might not even want to come here

If they are prepared to move along one of their two good young second rowers to gain LL then there will be a deal. I believe there will be a deal due to the close relationship between Sheens and Payten.

There are about 3000000 reasons for LL to jump off for 2022.
