The real work is all the junk he got rid off and players we've resignedI've been critical of him so far. He tanked last season and we've only just signed Klemmer. We need more signings. IP and Api were Madge signings.
Things are looking up though. He has to keep it coming and more importantly we have to actually win games next season.
It should cost him.Wouldn't mind Api being captain - could lead around the boys well with his talk around the middle and has won 2 premierships with 2 teams too..... his experience is underrated
However, the comment he made might've cost him his chance
Yea I'm unsure on Bateman aswellKlemmer is good news,Bateman will be bad news if we get him
the Canberra Bateman will be good, the Wigan one not so much. But we have formed a very good pack of forwardsYea I'm unsure on Bateman aswell
Nothing wrong with people posting up what they've heard whether right or wrong IMO. But why someone would feel the need to justify their status is odd. Pretty sure there is no Dally M's for oil clairvoyance on here
That's the point a few people are missing. He isn't the one to take us deep in the finals. The other two halves arnt either.I really like Hastings as a person, much like I liked Josh Reynolds.
But he's not the player that was going to take us where we need to be. Still hope he goes another level at the Knights. Good luck to him.
Considering our prop rotation:We are putting together a very formidable pack and have done it in quick time. We wont get walked over through the middle now, a little bit more strike in the backs and i reckon we'll surprise a few next year.
Pascoe. Not satisfied? Seriously? We arnt satisfied with the hierarchy of the Tigers for the last 10 yearsOuch
CEO Justin Pascoe says the club has identified a clear recruitment and retention plan, one that is being executed aggressively. As a club we are obviously not satisfied that we finished last in 2022 and tough decisions need to be made,” said Pascoe.
Don't have to go. Just need to not be anywhere near the football department.Pascoe is honestly such a [This word has been automatically removed]wit... "we do not apologise for these decisions" you mean him & lee's collective decisions over the years that led us to our first ever spoon. These guys are a cancer to our club & need to be gone ASAP.
What about fainu. Is he any goodConsidering our prop rotation:
Klemmer/Twal then Utoikmanu/Pole
Taking into account probable injuries, who are the next two in line? Joe and Seyfarth? I reckon we are still a prop short...please dont say its going to be Woods!
Main thing is the cap is where it should be for us atmDon't have to go. Just need to not be anywhere near the football department.
Or the media everyday for that matter
He is a young gun player. Is he ready? Not sure. What about fainu. Is he any good
No doubt it would but Hastings has gone. I understand he received a good offer and WTs released him. I wish him all the best and hope he makes the most of what is a good opportunity.Wouldn't Brooks leaving have done the same?
Brooks is older than Hastings.
I can only see Hastings and Newcastle being the only winners here.
Please no. I like having Jo in the team. Nobody wants to be captain. Look at what has happened to past captains?Joffa for captain!
Most props don't get goin to mid 20sHe is a young gun player. Is he ready? Not sure.
look at what Moses did with that Parramatta forward pack. That's the point a few people are missing. He isn't the one to take us deep in the finals. The other two halves arnt either.
I'm happy with the trade. Klemmar won't slack off. He's not that type of player. He's competitive as on the field.
Don’t forget that was an injury riddled season aswellA massively overlooked thing from the end of the 2011 season we sometimes forget, imo the biggest reason for the 2012 disaster was that moron Robert Lui belting his missus in the off season and being sacked by the club. We lost the halfback who we finished in the top 4 with twice, with him around Benji could just play eyes up footy and won the golden boot, Benji was dynamic. After Lui was sacked Benji tried to fill the organiser role but struggled. Lui was the one responsible imo for that shocking 2012 season.
look at what Moses did with that Parramatta forward pack.
We are building just as good a pack here at Tigers.
If we can sign Moses at 7 and move Brooks to 6, he can play that Dylan brown type of role at 6
