Signings, Suggestions & Rumours Discussion

re Ryan Carr. Any possible players he may bring with him that would add to our team?

Whilst Samuela brings plenty on our edge, I have long been amenable to shifting him to prop if we could nab a good alternative. He would instantly bring that no nonsense enforcer type dominant middle that WT are sorely lacking.

But will he want to? Seems ok with holding a gun to WT head already with re-signing or not. If he is becoming troublesome, Im happy to let him go and replace with Nanai in second row and obtaining prop another way.

I believe this is what theyre heading for...two 10 team conferences

PVL wants 22 teams by 2035. He’s a lunatic who needs to be stopped.

Ironic
Paul Rowley who I think we were rumoured to maybe get as assistant has been apponted head coach in Carrs old job at Castleford

Dunno much about Carr...I see he was at the club with balmain as a player for a few seasons in 09 and 10

coa hed st george for a few ganes as interim coach in 2023
not a bad choice for an assistant i guess
