So here we are again. We have lost an origin shortlisted player, a very good centre, a legend hooker and we have got a bloke with a famous dad. I’m not bagging out the club - I’m sure they are doing their best But it is as obvious as dogs dodads that we are paying for sins if the past. We simply can’t get top players over the line. As a supporter it is so frustrating. I just knew we wouldn’t land Mitchell. I agree we are heading forwards and we have good people in the right positions off field but Jesus, sooner rather than later we need the right people on the field.

I think we should consider Milf.. A pre season under McGuire will do him good and i think he would come back to his best.. The broncos would be willing to let him go and maybe pay some of the freight so they can spend it on David F.
He is a class player that can turn a game in an instant.. I think his form dropped the last year or 2 as they had him trying to do everything.. Put him at 1 and he can just focus on that..
I think you could get him for around 750k as well..

I hate to be this person, but realistically the chances Arrow chooses us over South Sydney are quite low

Both teams will be offering roughly the same money, even tho I think Arrow would be amazing I just don’t see him turning down a team like the rabbits for us

Plus they have Rusty, who would have good connections in the modelling world I imagine.

A month ago I’d have laughed in the face of anyone who told me we were serious contenders to sign Mitchell, so nothing would surprise me.
