But what can't happen is that these board of directors think of themselves as owners. It's a club. It's owned by members and mostly funded by the NRL. Richo is already moving to make us profitable.
The rationale is that these people have is a debt commitment - but it is not at risk. For them to treat that as their whole rationale to consume the board, then have HBG settle the bloody debentures and revert HBG to full voting board. That's a great option 3! But I doubt they'll do that as it would give up their power vacume. That would be another way to solve it without changing the board as you would be able to have a pathway via OPEN elections at HBG.
This debeturre holding group is the challenge as they don't see themselves as custodians of a community asset.
