Agree Ink he wouldn't be able to fill halves and hooker role, but he would add more value then a Hanbury type. If Sheens' goes down that path again this year, I would rather Tui filling that role for his first few games back. If we get injuries to our halves, we've got other players who can shuffle positions (Fulton, Lawrence, Ashyford).

It will be interesting to see whether Tame starts 2010\. I can see the trials being more important then any other year next year. With much more depth, the only players guaranteed a start in their preferred position are: Lawrence, Marshall, Farah, Galloway, Ellis

how it should be, no one should feel safe in a top team and everyone should be ready to step up and make an immediate impact (like melbourne this yr)

Someone mentioned the club had stated he may play front row, I hadnt heard anything and the posts have been deleted, but apparently its on the money if his speed isnt what it was…prop or 2nd row, knee still swelling

Interesting on Tupou…..posts wheren't deleted just in another thread.....http://www.weststigersforum.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=1564&start=36" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Hopefully a wide running one at that.

Defence would be an lssue surely…?

Who knows mate. I reckon the Tigers D will be better again next season, but given the amount of time Tame has spent on the sidelines he may well start in the State Cup.

Yeh he does have some size about him could well be Sheens new project sucesful or not he is certainly big enough for the front row just hope his knee holds up. Cant wate for next season to see what positions every one ends up in and who misses out!!

is he really 117kg??? I knew he was big…but jeez he's put on the kegs!

How heavy was he when he was playing with the Broncos or in ESL???

Was roughly 104 kgs at the Broncos.. 117 is massive, even if he is being groomed for the forwards. I'm sure folksy will get him to shed the kilos pretty quick though.

I reckon he'll get down to around 110-112kg.

Impressive, certainly not playing at 117Kgs from that compilation.

Wrecking ball in the making…

Good to see that you tube clip it has got me excited to see how he goes next year! He seems the same sort of player as TNT just run straight and hard! Im sure if he partners Tnt on the other wing there will be alot of scared wingers on the other teams.

From memory, his attack was very good but got caught out of position in defence on the wing. Not sure if it was any different in the UK. But the 3T's out wide. That would be a site to behold!

Yeah, I recall him being an all or nothing defender, flying out of the defensive line whenever he was under pressure.. he'd either smash his opposite or they'd go right past him to the tryline.
