Taniela Tuiaki Injury Thread...

I just hope at some stage (probably not this season) We will see our two giant wingers in the same run on side.

Yeh I would think its highly unlikely we will see TNT this season, my guess they might even be using his injury status to get a salary cap dispensation to sign McKinnon. His biggest hurdle at present is convincing the club he warrants a new contract. Football is a very cruel sport and this injury could not came a a worse time for TNT.

well i think we should be giving him a new contract after the way he went lasy year. he was the best winger in the comp up until the injury and i think we need to do the right thing by him and at least give him another year to see how he goes.

Well a contract would be based on his ability to play regularly next season… I feel for the big fella and so miss watching him destroy opponents.

Always thought this all along so if he recovered early it would be a bonus, i also don't expect Tame to play NRL either this season.

ray of hope - maybe. will he have time to find his best form this season. i doubt it. taniella take 2010 off and see you bigger and better in 2011.

I saw Taniela Tuiaki and Tim Moltzen at physio.

You can hear Tuaki's ankle crack when he walks. No-one knows for sure when he'll be back.

Tim Moltzen is 3 to 4 weeks ahead of schedule. If we make the semis he may play again this year.

Moltzen is absolutely no chance of playing again this season.

On the 2KY sports show this morning they said that Tuiaki will not play again this year and may never play again. His ankle is just not healing.

I am lost for words how tragic that would be if true. :frowning:
