The culture of bullying and abuse at Wests Tigers..

Now that even Go has alluded to Ayoub being the instigator in this episode, I wonder how many of blind are now beginning to see….

This isnt the first rodeo. Its not even the first nor second time he has used suicidal players to force an agenda against us in the media.

Next question I suppose is... what axe does Ayoub have to grind? Because whilst Ayoub is a grub of the lowest order, its not clever for any manager to burn bridges with any club, and the guy isnt a total fool. More than likely he has been directed by one of his cash cows to do whatever it takes...

'Chairwoman' being used a few times in the article gives it away… Rothfield can't help himself as he has been handed flogging after flogging from her through social media channels.

Add a few Powerbrokers from the NSWRL Boys Club, especially some with an axe to grind, and it becomes clearer.

What's this got to do with the NSWRL?

i am pleased by the damage control of the club. very swift club statement to the article.
go coming out with an article
JT went on 2gb apparantly

A question has just entered by head

I wonder what Robbie's reaction was when he saw the front page of the DT with Mosese's photo sitting there ??

He would have known it was coming way before publication…..

I doubt he would of approved of the photo they used splashed all over the front pages

If he did , I'd say he would of lost a lot of mates today

I thought his one mate was behind it.

Probably was , but as I said , I can't see Robbie approving that article with that photo

If he was behind it in anyway , and his mates like Bryce , Benj ,Rhino , Moltz etc knew , they would just about tear his head off

You don't poo on or use teammates , especially ones who are no longer with us

Blow me down with a feather…there is plenty of room..

I doubt that Farah would give it much thought at all,,he would be busy getting on with pre-season training being the Pro he is...

I cannot believe some people could possibly believe Farah could have known about this or had any influence in it being published - and on the front page .
Seriously- do you have any idea how newspapers work ?
Here's a scenario for you..
Rupert Murdoch "Who decided to run that story and photo on the front page?"
Editor in Chief "Robbie Farah told me to do it"
Rupert Murdoch "Oh, ok then"

SERIOUSLY?

CK I didn't mean it that way

What I am trying to say that Farah wouldn't have cared whether Ayoub had possibly pushed this story

But if that picture was attached and known by Farah he would have told them to cut the picture , that's all

So much about Farah is so far off the mark its hilarious. For someone who supposedly is so disliked by his teammates he looked pretty cosy with DeneH ,Ava, Jesse S Heighno ,Pat Richards Rowdy and Woodsie at his recent wedding.
But he probably coerced them into taking the photos. In fact he was probably there uninvited.

Of course Farah could have influenced it directly or indirectly.

Here's how it works. Ayoub supplies info to the papers so they keep their jobs producing articles and close down the smh, in turn, they promise to uphold his reputation. I recall an article recently suggesting how good of a bloke ayoub is… Bah!

Now, why would ayoub have any motivation to do this if it's not to keep Robbie happy? He is getting paid the same in Comms with Robbie at Souths and he possibly destroys a relationship that is vital for him to produce more revenue. Not to mention he made the threats during the Robbie saga!! Robbie could have shut him down then and there!

It's all about Robbie. As it is always. Read between the lines in marinas article and JTs 2gb chat. He used to be my favourite player, but it so obvious he was a cancer on the club.

… and of course Robbie doesn't "approve" the article. That's insane. But I have no doubt, the thrust and content of the article comes from ayoub who is acting for robbies interests. As do most of the articles about Robbie when all this started.

You only have to look at the recent Story by Weidler that was under the guise of Sitalekis thoughts of suicide but in reality was all about Robbie to see how much influence Ayoub can have re: News Corp.
Ayoub and Weidler are tight as.

I only came upon this article last night.I try to avoid ruperts malignant "journalism" in all its forms and only checked on here late last night. Most of what was written was old stories and nothing new.A typical news limited article long on slander and short on facts.

The hate towards Robbie by some on here is disgraceful and he gets blamed for everything.I doubt if he had any idea of what was going to be in ruperts rag.Ayoub however could be a different matter.

The reaction by our club was very positive and i hope that legal action will follow shortly even though the outcome is far from guaranteed.Defamation cases are never as easy as they seem.

The problem is that Ayoub works for Farah and it is very damaging to WT, so much so that the head of the organisation had to get involved. There is an agenda in play and despite not directly naming a culprit, it is obvious who the chair and CEO's accusations are aimed at.

Agree ink. Given the number of contract signings Weidler knows in advance and the limited people in the room at those signings just shows how much managers like ayoub are providing him… that then has to be "repaid" somehow.

Good interview with Taylor on 2gb , there are a few people that want to bring the club down..certain players can not deal with decisions made about the team dynamic and how they will not fit into it moving forward this happens at all clubs.
The club has strived this season to implement new structures in this area and have succeeded ,he stated he wants any player or staff member that has been bullied on his watch to step up and make comments …
Unnamed players love this one there is the hook a garbage article ... man up guys because if the club pursues legal action you will not be unnamed for long ..go hard Tigers and drag these bums into court!

Agree good interview with JT. He did well as did Marina. As far as I am concerned this sort of gutter media attack will only make us stronger! I will be wearing my WT gear with greater pride than ever!!!!

X2\. Manly /Melbourne have used these kinds things to build solidarity, good things could come out of this for the WTs.
The Coach and Front office have handled this well, hopefully they can use part of it to make a strong culture within the club.

I clearly look at this differently from most on here.
Regardless of who asked the questions there was a report that identified that more than one player at the club in 2015 was unhappy and they were willing to talk about it.
The club took notice and addressed it -to their credit
To what extent Ayoub/Farah Taylor feud has to do with it is of little consequence.
All the players welfare at the club should be a priority independently of club politics.

I personally think this is a vindictive piece aimed at destabilizing the very good work done by the club in the last 12 months regarding player health and welfare..if you recall prior to Jason Taylor coming here we had a long list of key players and others on the sideline..it is a great credit to JT for putting together a wonderful and astute S and C squad….I don't wish to go down the path of blaming any players,ex players or player managers for this appalling article, there could be many suspects...I do loathe bullying,I have been a victim of it...the people who think they are better than everyone else seem to do the bullying because of insecurities within themselves and think they have a point to prove....some of you wonderful forum members have met me and know me personally,I treat everyone equally as it should
be...if you bully someone long enough then they will snap, either physically toward somebody or mentally drive themselves to end the pain and embarrassment.. it has serious consequences... having beyond blue as a partner is absolutely vital and I praise them and our club for being unified regarding this serious problem..I would also praise JT for his honest response on 2gb,very proffessionally handled,as did Marina Go on her response...

Lastly, the picture on the front cover of the Sunday Telegraph absolutely angers me,it has opened more heartache for the family coming to terms with losing a loved member,a fine man who should be left to rest in piece, not used as a tool for overzealous, overbearing people with an agenda of spite and hate...disgusting at its worst...
