I don't want to be a gatekeeper in relation to supporters, but geeze, there's a lot of people that just don't have a clue.............this petition and that fox sports poll............

Benji's kick on the 2nd tackle with 3 minutes to go is the exact reason why he shouldn't be given another year. He should have let the reigns go and let Brooks/Grant/Liddle run the last portion. If there's 20 seconds on the clock, then by all means Benji go for the miracle kick, but at least give us a chance before that.

If you watch our final scoring play vs Manly. Brooks actually comes over to the other side (Benjis side and receives the ball) because it wasn’t a traditional dh passing, I think it was Joey or Garner it went to Brooks.
Marshall was pretty livid that it didn’t go to him...

Even then i wouldnt want him.We need a better prospect taking up a roster spot than Benji,i dread to think how much worse he would be another year slower with an even bigger ego to feed.Can you imagine how it would be if the club relented and signed him again? We would lose all credibility as a club and Benji would probably be feeling he was untouchable.
