Yes that was a missed premiership yearCan't recall us looking any better than we did than in 2010. Believe we should've won it.

I basically agree but attracting players is simple. Pay them more and win more. We can't pay more unlike the Rorters because they pay under the table. That would be my first suggestion. Start cheating. We have to stop blaming coach's - all of them for the inadequacies of the playing group. Its the sort of thinking that gets us no where. We should asking why we have so much trouble attracting players no matter who the coach is and then maybe we can't start addressing the real problem.
Winning is definitely the key If we could just assemble a squad capable - which is hard to envision in the near future when you look at the quality of the teams that have made finals. Massive job for Sheens and co.I basically agree but attracting players is simple. Pay them more and win more. We can't pay more unlike the Rorters because they pay under the table. Winning will come but even when we were competitive we struggled attracting players probably because players change clubs mostly for money.
Not a bad idea. We’re last and likely last next year. If we cheat and get caught we finish last. Nothing to lose 😂I basically agree but attracting players is simple. Pay them more and win more. Key to this signing along with Api and Papalli is we need to keep our better players. Last few years we added a few but lost Aloai, Matterson, Momirovski. We ended up going backwards.
Momers has played 56 NRL games for 26 tries and 24 goals.I reckon Momirovski has been going pretty well over at the Roosters. He's been right into the thick of things ie making try saving tackles, the occasional bust, taking a few high balls etc. I though he also played reasonably when with Penrith & the Storm. I doubt that he would have had the opportunity to play as well in our excuse for a team.
Really can't understand the constant dislike for Momirovski.Retention is really important but the players you mention are tough ones.
Momirovski is a borderline first grader. Aloiai and Matterson are both good players but they played games to get out of here solely to get more money.
Guys. Drew Hutchinson is playing centre as first choice over Momiroski. Start watching more games than just the crappy tigers.

Aloiai was part of the Manly 7, wasn't he? We should bring him back, subsidised by Manly, would be even sweeter.
Self righteousHe was the ring leader....
Worst thing was, They didn't play - Then he was out the next week Injured.
If he was Injured the week after - He was certainly Injured the week of the Pride jersey....
Why stir up a shit storm when you're not playing anyway?
Then he's backing the young bloke that stabbed a Church Leader....
For a bloke that preaches the mis-treatment of a religious leader from 2000 years ago,
You think he might take exception to the Fainu case...
He's no good.
Same As O Giddard ... Comments how good the Roosters organisation is and kind of bags us yet in reserves or at best on bench over there.. Of course they are good when you don't have a salary cap and 15 rep players in your squad..Exactly. He simply isn't very good.
For a player that isn't very good he seems to have featured fairly prominently in 3 of the highest performing teams of recent years. The issue isn't a dislike for him. The issue is that he isn't very good and gets talked up on here in an attempt to criticize the club for letting him go.
In the initial post I responded to he was grouped together with Aloiai and Matterson. Aloiai and Matterson walk into basically every first grade team in the comp. Aloiai tears teams apart. Matterson is a fringe origin player.
Still would be our best centre by a considerable margin and with football smarts exceeding anyone in our current team apart from maybe Jacko.
He has one other thing going for him and that is that he is not a scum bag like the other two that you have mentioned.
