Under Performing Players

The performance of BJ Leilua was nothing short of poor, his attitude, willingness to compete and missed tackles (8) it was pathetic. I have always been a fan of Brook's and hoped that he would improve with time, but he is not a game manager and talker, his kicking game was very poor, time to look for a replacement. AD showed nothing, but maybe time will tell. Laurie is going to be the find of the year, great game in a struggling Team.

I've been disappointed with Tamou (C) also... And Joe O has been underwhelming to me.

We seem to excel at recruiting half decent/good/rep level alestablished first graders and turn them into plodders
I've seen this in the workplace... It's a culture thing..

This has been going on at WTs for ever... I'm starting to think the JV should just pack it all up and call it a day... We only ever seem to be making up the numbers and are merely just here to assist the nrl with their membership/ratings

I wouldn't be putting yesterday's crowd outcome squarely on the club. Sure the performance was ordinary but torrential rain isn't a positive impact for anyone.

The week Sydney has had with rain, the crowd was as I expected. The conditions all week had been terrible with no change expected until mid week. Can blame the club for that.

The week Sydney has had with rain, the crowd was as I expected. The conditions all week had been terrible with no change expected until mid week. Can blame the club for that.

Big wrap for the condition of the ground, particularly after hosting an A league game the previous day.

The way they prepare grounds has come a long way when you consider some of the mud piles that were played on in years gone by.

I haven;t gone to a game now for almost 2 years. Haven't had a membership for 4 years now.

We as fans love discussing tactics, player performance, recruitment etc but it's kinda useless now. I honestly don't blame the players or the coaches. They are trying hard and many are improving but the other teams are so far ahead of us that we will never be able to catch up.

I don't disagree with anything you said there Ink. Not sure I could even be bothered turning on channel 9 next Sunday. There's nothing to get excited about with this mob.

And the reason I said 12 teams was simply because the NRL doesn't have the same talent pool anymore. Andrew Johns has been banging on about this for 2 years as well.

Unfortunately, businesses fail, organisations fail and teams fail. This team hasn't been in the premiership race for 10 years and won't be anywhere close to it for another 3-4 years at least.

You and your "group" can keep supporting them and cheering them, full respect to you. But the last game I went to was the Round 26 game against Cronulla and then after COVID last year, I have no motivation to go to games.

The club has done very well of hyping up every season and it has one of the biggest supporter basis in the NRL. I think we are in the Top 6 for membership sales every year.

My passion for this team is decreasing every year and there would be many more like me.

Are you basing it off just on field performance.. Or Corporate Support..Financials..Memberships...TV Ratings.. Crowd Numbers for the Cull.. ?

Not answering for @jirskyr but you did say.........."a loyal supporter base **like us** who keep *forking out money*" ......and then go on to point out that you no longer "fork out money", so by definition, you would no longer be part of that supporter group?
