WESTS Tigers Team V Knights..

We are one prop short. Rankin holds his place till hunt comes back, we have too many inconsistent, in experienced players to play ado-Carr. Let's just call him Last chance Lovett.

Would've been stoked with that team if he picked Edwards over lovett. Although I have noticed something, 3 weeks ago lovett was #11, last week #15, this week #17…Hopefully next week he's number #26 and I never have to see his name again

I reckon we will win this one! Go tigers

The Knights have had recent wood on the Tigers, one of my son in laws has inside knowledge at the Knights, they have Tariq back this week and to say that they are confident is an understatement

How about lovechild Lovett.

Wow its getting hard to follow this club! Same dud players
All the time.
Good luck JT, no doubt we will get the win over the second last placed Knights on the back of Teddy's brilliance.

Seems a bit hypocrytical BT giving me a thumbs down when you agree that they are picking dud players

This bench will again result in Woods and Grant playing excessive minutes. We don't need Lovett, Aloiai and Sironen all on the same bench…

It's a good team. I don't see Rankin losing us games at this point even though I think we should have a better option there.

I think we need another prop there and I'm not sure that Aloiai fits that role. Woods, Grant, Ava & Sue all play up the middle. That leaves a bunch of wider running players. Maybe Siro will replace Sue. He might fit in there well.

i agree marzie, i have been watching the number on his back
He used to be 14 for a long time. used to drive me mad seeing his name first on the interchange bench

I think JT is playing with our minds shuffling numbers around :unamused:

Happy too see Sirro back. Would have liked to see Edwards on the bench ahead of Lovett. Tough road trip coming up.

Justin Hunt isn't going to be a big improvement over Rankin. At this level he's solid but no game breaker, just like most other State Cup-level players eg. Buchanan, Santi and Rankin.

It's as good a team as JT can pick IMO - from what i've seen of state cup & reading reports on this forum, there isn't enough pressure being put on some of the 1st graders. Good to see Curtis back, hopefully with form straight away.

Solid is a big upgrade on what I have seen from Rankin thus far.

Team is otherwise OK although I would prefer to see Halatau and Lovett out of the 17.

Didn't Taylor say farah was to little to go 80 mins
:roll

Maybe JT was talking about the bedroom, not the footy field :astonished:
Water must have been cold in the changerooms.[/quote

Yes Hobbo, He did.
That was one of his statements either late last year or early this year.
I wondered how long that it would be before he'd wish he'd never said it.
Maybe Robbie has had his boot soles built up to meet JTs criteria.
Another JT Howler

Interested to see how Siro goes off the bench. That's where I think he should always start. Same with Lovett, if he must be in the team. Another prop would be my choice but Lovett does go a little better when not asked to play massive minutes.

Not great having Dene still there as a '2nd rower' but I guess some sort of back-up is needed. Just leaves us a little small against the Knights.

Just a shame we can't bring in a young winger to give us some pace.

If everyone plays to their ability we should get away with it. But if we spill too much pill again and give away those dumb penalties, no chance. A better use of the bench might alleviate some of those errors, here's hoping…

Farah needs to have a quiet beer with Tallis .

Obviously the rumour about Taylor having KPIs in his contract is s***, otherwise why would he pick Malone who is not even in the top 25, i am 64 years old and would still make a better first grade centre than that moron (sponsorship or not)

It was a gee up  , Simona is playing…...but actually 😱pen_mouth: if he doesn't beat the charge please don't tell me Milone is on standby :rant :rant

Ooops he's not….

We can always do with a good forum meltdown tho...
