I don’t mind the look of the side , not the best we could field but close. In saying that I refuse to get excited about anything our team COULD produce until they DO produce for 4 or 5 weeks in a row at least. Then I might start getting excited unfortunately the stench of some recent performances is still strong in both nostrils

Not a bad side considering the tigers circumstances. Twal and Grant are a given and would come straight into the side. This would impact on Mybe who in my opinion is not a player that deserves run on but can contribute from the bench in covering a number of positions, just as Qld SOO was using him. After this week time for Madge to move on and relinquish the captain role from him and bench him as a permanent number 14.

Had an odd thought, wonder if Doueihi is scrubbed what the odds are that Mbye will go to fullback, Brooks to hooker and Grub to starting five-eighth?

To be honest I agree Brooks could make a good 9. Only now isn’t the time to experiment. Maybe if/when we can’t make the finals any longer.

Having said that, this lineup is probably the best team option we have at this moment.

I don’t think anyone knew Mbye was on massive dollars though. For the right price he’s a good signing, was going well for bulldogs at fullback, started well for us there then start of 2019 he couldn’t catch a ball. The rest of his game at fullback is quite good

Totally agree. Twal prob a little better in defence but he stunts our attack with his lack of running impact whereas Huth has been getting over the adv line.

I think we owe Rowdy this weeks game as he has been excellent in the centres the last month for our defence. Plus its his 250th and you know he wont let you down.

This is precisely why we lose more games than we win every year.

Nobody owes any of our players anything, we need to win games, that's all.

We do and Rowdy is playing better than Garner - no contest.
