Correct, and a system might work fine for one part of a business, but be completely inappropriate for another part. The debenture system has allowed people who have an interest in a football team to wield their power, but they should have been part of the club’s governance to serve the leagues club and its members.

Well that's not quite right.

The debenture system only allowed for this level of WA control into the football club with the commissioning of HBG following 2019.

Prior to that, WA never had majority control over football club matters win Western Suburbs or the WT.

It's a new system.

Let me help you guys out. I questioned the qualifations WHOLE board noting that David Gilbert was the most quality candidate on there.

To be frank, I remember not mentioning rick. It was mostly Dennis, Julie, Tony and Vince. (musician, middle manager, estate agent, car salesman) I remember also questioning Stapleton when looking at WT Board.

But you would have to admit that from the time that Lee departed until the time that Wayde sprung a leak, there was very little leakage. 🤣

The club isn’t in as poor of a position as it was in when the first petition was run.
