That's what they want at that mongrel club - people who put dog shots on the opposition when they are not looking"

Good one Trell - certainly glad we didn't get him if that is his culture.

Also - would not expect anything else from "The Pride of the League" ...

That is the biggest joke phrase since the game started.

Another march ...lol

Good to see three Grubbitohs quoted as feeling that attacking a blokes head with force from behind is just being a good mate. The guy he hit also happened to be trying to apologise to the fouled player when he attacked him. Seems more like a cowards act to me.

Annesly said both grub and Mitchell should of been binned

Any mention of the Bunnies player coming from a position many metres in front of the last Bunnies player to touch the ball (from an offside position)? Or still no mention?

Just watched it again, the Souths player who was three metres in front of Latrell, when Latrell presumably touched it when he and Nofa went for the ball. But we were never given a camera angle of that touch, so unclear as to whether Mitchell definitively touched it or not. I think he did, from the direction the ball ended up going, but cannot be sure. I think it was a dodgy call that they didn't even think to consider it.

And watching the footage again really disappointed me in MBye. The ref called him over as captain, the ref tells him Reynolds kicked the player and will be put on report, and that's it, MBye says not a word. Nothing about Reynolds himself being felled.

Would you have expected anything different from Mbye.

Not worth $9.50 let alone the rest.

Latrine twice for his swinging arm high shot on Garner. He didn’t miss.

Was going to be called knock on from Souths before the bunker checked the replays.

Annesley is always saying that his referrees made the wrong decision. He is getting paid big money to be the Referee boss and he never takes action against his referees for what are clear cut bad decisions. V'Landy's should be taking severe action against Annesley but not a whimper from him on bad referring.

And Garner was heading for a try.

Ah he's not actually refs boss, that is Bernie Sutton.

Annesley is NRL Head of Football Elite Competitions, so the refs boss reports to him. And he reports to PVL as interim CEO.

Funniest thing today was Annesley saying they could not stand down video refs no matter how bad the decision because they only have 3 qualified.

What a professionally run organisation. Cut costs by reducing the people available to make a decision and instead recruit more people to explain the screw-ups those left make.
