What do we need?

JAC is a superb player with speed, but he isnt a player with aerial capabilities (like Vunivalu, Tupou), we already have a winger who's short but a strong ball runner, having a player like Kharwin in the team, will add a dimension in attack in which his height could be used as an advantage, and that is what we have lacked since Tuqiri and Richards in their primes

What do we need: regardless of what players we think we need.
2 more important thing are:
1\. To keep calm when trying to close out a game. 😛ray:
2\. Practise, practise, practise golden point situation when fatigued. :brick:

Right now we need a tall winger, all the top teams have a tall winger, it just adds another dimension to the attack (e.g. storm- vuni, cowboys- feldt, raiders- rapana etc.)
ideally obed kharwin hes 190cm we havent had a tall winger since richards, and tuqiri

The sharks don't have tall wingers but their wingers are full of energy every game. Quick out of dummy half, can read the play and position themselves very well.

Feki is 188cm, and holmes are 185 although not the tallest, their pretty good aerially and can contest in the air, we need winger who can contest in the air

Get Noffa a step ladder - problem solved for less than $100 and no damage to the cap. Lol

buhrer was just released…. not quite what we are after but handy

We should sign Kirisom Auva'a
He helped Souths to their 2014 premiership
Don't think he has a contract and is a very good play
Would sign him for $100 000 or possibly look to give him $200 000

1) Ryan James - supposedly he's a Tigers fan and he's an absolute gem of a player. Should / will someday play for NSW & Australia.

2) Abraham Papalii - Currently at the roosters, NZ junior - will toughen our pack up a bit IMO. Looking to lock down a first grade position somewhere.

3) Nathan Brown - return of one of our lost sons. Already close with the playing group, was a bit of a fat slob when he was here in the past … Now is a tackle machine. Aggressive player and will surely toughen our pack that is widely considered to be soft.

4) Kelepi Tanginoa - Has the size. I'd have Mr. Sue take him under his wing as an apprentice and turn him into the hard hitter that we need (ala Taumalolo)

5) Tony Satini - He's at Manly, playing NSW cup.... Too good for that, reminds me a bit of Simona who also wasted away for a while in state cup which he too was far too good for.

Manly continually picked Lewis Brown in the centres over Satini

That says a lot Demps

Yeah. Baz signed him and loved him.

Don't forget Simona was a nobody in reserve grade till he got his shot.

We need a bit of size and power to our pack?

Potential Targets:
Paul Vaughan
David Fifita
Kane Evans
Tony Williams
Sam Tagatese
Ben Hannant

We would spend the rest of our salary cap on these players (after we're done signing Idris and re-signing the rest of our team).

Vaughan -Saints
D. Fifita- Dud
Williams - Sharks
Tagatesr -Sharks
Hannant - end of his career
Evans -yes

Agree with the exception of Vaughan

Vaughan signed a 1.6 million dollar deal with the Dragons if you didn't already know.
