Sam Mcintyre Is a centre/winger from up past Newcastle way. I saw some articles in the press last year about him. Saying Newcastle were Devo to loose him . I don’t remember him being that big though.

He was playing 2nd row for the Knights in the NYC this year but, played wing and centre through SG ball. I think he was also playing wing/centre in his first year of NYC.

They're not mucking around that's for sure. I don't remember the media shots from last year looking as punishing as this year.

That looked fairly gruelling…thought I might try it myself...haha

I've been loving the pics of pre-season this year. Normally I couldn't give a stuff. Must be excited for the new season.

Geez, they are all looking pretty fit. Not sure we'll see any Brooksy/Lolo gut wobble next year.

Brooks certainly looks fitter than I can remember him when returning to commence training.

Yes GEO,we hear the same thing year after year….hopefully this pre season has a lot more substance to it compared to previous years,and results are better during the season..
