He's been punished and served his punishment. Let's hope he is brought aboard and we have a seamless transition in replacing Maguire.
Some people shouldn't be put into positions of responsibility, Flanagan has shown he is and example of that.
We're in tough times. Flanagan is experienced, gets results and his teams play tough but intelligent football. I am prepared to have him onboard as assistant with a view to him taking over when Maguire inevitably fails.
