Who do you think is most likely to make a first grade debut for the tigers. I reckon the two front runners will be Josh Addo-carr, Dallas Graham,Josh Aloaia Jesse Parahi or maybe (this is a maybe) JJ Felise. who do you guys reckon will make their FG debut this year. We have a lot of U20,s or NSW cup players looking to make their debut this year.

Swag, who are two front runners you are referring to? You have mentioned five players.

I think you're on a winner.

Agree with these two players. Just slow down and take a breath when you type dude. You don't need to blurt everything out in 5 seconds.

If we're talking those who've never played NRL before I reckon heaps…

Aloiai
Heleta
Addo-Carr
Felise
Griffin
McConnachie
Graham

All would be short odds to see the field some time this year imo.

And seemed well off the pace. Lethargic and ambling. Totally unlike him. He went back to Reggies and didn't really go back to the level he was at before the call up.

For the WT's Rd 1 I expect Rankin to make his WT's debut and hopefully Griffin

There will be trouble if the Griff's missing Rd 1

Someone mentioned the coaching staff wants to save Moses's legs. So he won't be 1st choice kicker. I wonder if we'll see Rankin kicking goals in round One. He could either fill in, in the halves for Brooks or play on the wing..as he has been training there. Good pick up by the WTs considering he can play pretty much every position in the backline.
Also with Edwards doubtful with a dodgy hammy and Halatau and Ballin out for Round One. Giffin is a chance as he can play most position in the pack ..other than hooker.
Also Chee Kam is a chance for a WTs debut,on the bench.

There could be up to four players making their debut for the WTs in Round One. Josh Addi-Carr on the wing replacing Pat-Attack's vacant spot. Rankin in the halves for a suspended Brooks. Giffin for a possibly injured Edwards and Chee Kam in for a suspended Halatau

Good Topic Swaggy! WT's have signed a lot of depth players in the Off-season. No super-stars that demand a walk up start. However, in Round One It looks like we will be testing our new recruits. The NRL retirement of Patty along with Round One suspension's of Brooks and Halatau plus the possibility of injuries from Trail games & 9's plus the All-Star game. Some of our depth players will have to step up to the NRL faster than some may have previously thought.

BTW. Here's a hypothetical Question.. If an Outside back got injured during the game. And had to come off straight away…(Chee Kam was on the bench & Lawrence playing in the back row). Who would you put in the backs?
I'm assuming it would be Chee Kam. As Chee Kam has been training at centre and Lawrence has further bulked up and is set to see out his NRL career as a Back-Rower.

Interesting scenario TD - I'd say Chee Kam - don't want to confuse the issue with Rowdy. He is now a back rower and I think will be a really good one. Swapping him back and forth between backs and forwards really messes your mind. He doesn't need that, as he is still adjusting to the finer points of back row play. As you say he has also bulked up a bit which would slow his centre play down a bit more than it was ( one of the things people disliked when he was still at centre).

However if there was no Chee Kam on the bench and no other utility there either, we may not have the luxury of not moving him there. At least he would still know the position but may not be quick enough to stop the opposition running around him.
