My method is recording and watching it with about an hour delay. Then I fast forward all the bits that make me want to smash my TV.

Needless to say I got through last weeks game in about 15 minutes.

Its in my blood,i will watch get very annoyed and use my entire vocabulary in telling the TV what i think of their effort.Hopefully one day my heart will tell me "thats enough" and do me a favour.
