I wish the board would bite the bullet and resign (notice the spelling) for the good of the club.
10% chance of happening at best.
Would make a massive difference to everything. Even if they were all appointed by the NRL it would be better than this faction rubbish.
So pathetic that the infighting is an identity crisis. How many other clubs have to cope with that?
How good would it be if we could actually just focus on results and growing rugby league in our relevant areas (all of them).

members of some clubs are non paid directors , i am on the board of a club , have been on the board 5 years , no payment , just a free meal on directors meeting njght 1 meal a month , directors on some boards would be on $ 50 k each per year , dont hold me to it but i was told dawn fraser was on $ 60 k with balmain per year , if true we would have over paid s,,t heads f,,,ing theclub , yep thats how clubs have no money 9 directors 50 k plus each plus all expenses , also 1 course clubs nsw $ 450 per head 2 days run by di,, heads ,, 3 per year all directors to paid by the clubs plus all other courses the nsw gov make you do , some directors are on more money than average joe , they do very little

Why not write to the chairman of the board c/o Wests Tigers office at a concord and tell him what you think. They probably won't table your letter at a board meeting but at least you have had your say as a member.
