I like the look of this team….sadly though I don't think Sheens will drop Moltzen...even though I think Brown is a much better option at centre....did you see how he hit the hole for his try?...and he tackles with his shoulder not arm grabbing like you know who does...

Time to stop carrying Lui - his good games are rarities and the last two weeks has had shockers that have cost us points.
Everyone seems to love him - can anyone tell me what he actually does?
He doesn't make make many clean breaks , he doesn't guide the team around the park , his kicking is hit and miss , he's a hopeless one on one defender and he's not a cover defender.

Me too,

I'm not happy with how he is playing, however the kid looks unhappy on the field, and looks like he is constantly uncomfortable and out of position. Small thing i have noticed, I never see him smiling anymore, every passing camera shot of him is a grimace, a couple of swear words, or a pout. Turn the clock back two years and you couldn't take the smile off his face with a high shot….

Honestly speaking he prob needs a game in reggies for him to carve up a team, and get some momentum and confidence back, then play him off the bench as an impact player, not as a replacement for Mckinnons Hamstring. Get him running from dummy half, or another option as second receiver on the other side of the paddock.

Moh I'm most probably one of the posters you are refering to - but it's not hate Robert Lui week.
IMO and plenty of others he isn't producing anything a real first grade haflback needs to do on a consistent basis.
Now tell me he played good against Canberra and good against the Dragons last year .. ho hum - there's consistency for you.
You'd stay in firsts a long time in any other team - not.

You see, what plenty of people forget and someone just pointed out, the kid is 21\. He is BY FAR the best option we have and he has EVERYTHING a halfback needs to have. Consistency is the only issue, I think everyone can agree on that. That's also pretty much a team problem.

What I have a problem with is people demanding change as soon as someone has a bad game or two.. it happens WAY too often here. The last couple of weeks the whole team played poorly, not just Lui.

I'm able to accept a bad day at the office. It happens. Even with the best of players. Consistency for Lui will come with experience. Give him time, he is definitely the best halfback at the club. And I'm a big fan of Miller, he'll just have to bide his time for now.
