Madge needs to go, Sheens hasn't been hired to coach so the smartest caretaker at this stage is Ben Gardiner. We need to stem the bleed, and Ben has proven he resonates with our club.

We have to get a no nonsense hard nose coach who understands the current game .. !! .. and that coach is Flano .. !!I know its been played out in the media with the media saying he wont be our coach .. but he's the man we need .. !! If we want to keep Utoikamanu and make sure Api and Papil'li come to this club we need a coach that's gonna make sure to change the style we currently play .. well we currently don't play any style. I am sick to death with the same old shyte we are currently are trying to play with .. !! No attacking skills, no defensive techniques, no leadership .. !!

Takes a bit to go through the process so at this stage no it’ll be probably 2-4 weeks before Madge would be sacked not unless they plan on going an interim coach like they did after Taylor was fired but if they are getting rid of him they have to appoint the next coach ASAP and long term one not interim but more changes have to be made get rid of some players who aren’t performing and get rid of the board and Pascoe John Morris will not have the support of the Tigers besides Sheens like he did at the Sharks until they went with Craig if John Morris is the only change won’t be long before they are calling for his head
