Noffa, Ken M both have good speed. Where we have scored, its been our two wingers getting open ball and outrunning the defense. Not saying they are the fastest but they get over the line.

Gildart, Jimmy the Jet - not as fast as he was but still has speed. Hastings and Brooks have Speed.

Why it all looks slow is Our attack is an uncoordinated mess!

We are not the fastest in the NRL but if our backline has one thing it has speed. It does not use it because people get the balla nd have no idea what to do!

Definitely would not get rid of Joffa, bloke is playing his guts out and is getting injured most games. He is having a go.
There are a few that definitely aint which really sucks.
Luch n kelma are, garner having a crack in the centres and madden trying to stir interest of other clubs. Twal always a rock in D and thats about it.
Tamou just not first grade anymore and musgrove must not have the confidence he used to.
Liddle is up and down but just doesn't seem up to first grade standard which is a shame.
Brooks well what you can say that has not already been said.
Laurie lacks confidence, last year he looked to be progressing well and this year has gone backwards.
Madge, well i hoped he would do something great but some of the players just wont buy into his methods

Maybe the Tigers should be keeping an eye onw the biggest stockpile of talent right under their noses; St Joseph's.
Scolari, O'Kanes, Jorgenson, Pat Young are a few recent ones. Tip of the iceberg.

In 22 years I am pretty sure that there have only been a handful of notable McArthur & Balmain local Juniors to serve long careers with WestsTigers - Teddy, Chris Lawrence & Nofo, Robbie, Brooks, Woods, Nathan Brown (oops sorry - we let him go). It would seem that no matter how big your backyard is, talent is rare. The Pathways program is important & The Centre of Excellence is desperately needed in order to keep these kids interested. Hopefully, it opens sooner than later cos like COVID lockdown for lower grades over the past two years players unique & rare talent isn't being developed. Tigers!

My guess is for Hartigan to start his plan of stock pilling the best of the almost ready talent out there that we signed most of those fellas on large then expected contracts.
