Wests Tigers Coaches

Ciraldo has 5 young kids. He won't leave the financial security of the Panthers gig. He knows once Ivan goes the throne is his.
Coming here he might find him and his family living out of their car in 2.5 years.
Mate, that’s cracker - well done 👍

Basket case? They played in a grand final just 2 year prior to Robinson signing. Also Robinson was the defence coach of the roosters in 2010.
They finished 11th in 2011 and 13th in 2012. So not a basket case ? He took them to minor premiers in 2013 when he took over and won the premiership.

Sliding doors for assistant coach

Cameron Ciraldo is edging towards signing with the Wests Tigers on a long-term deal as head coach, but he knows it’s a pivotal moment in his life and career.

It won’t be talked about publicly, but there’s definitely an unwritten plan at Penrith for Ciraldo to replace Ivan Cleary when he eventually decides to hang up the clipboard and potentially move into another role at the club. Cleary doesn’t see himself still coaching beyond the next five or six years and has made that point to many people privately. But it’s a big call to ask Ciraldo to hang on for that long when an opportunity is knocking now.

I’m told the Tigers are feeling increasingly confident that they’ve got their man.

Where's that from bud?

Well, he just comes to us anyway, and when Ivan decides to hang them up, Ciraldo can walk out on us mid contract. Just like old times.

I don't get the love for Morris, and I certainly don't get the notion that he has Tigers DNA. He played what, 2 seasons with us and proved he wasn't up to it so moved on. Well, I guess that does sound like Tigers DNA doesn't it. Too soft on players too apparently.

Flanno is the only man for the job in my opinion. When will the Tigers ever be able to entice a premiership winning coach that has never been sacked due to failed on field performance? They are never available.
He has a 55% win ratio- it's better than any WT coach but not as high as I thought.

I wonder if there is a sports bettnig market for this.

My money is on the following:
1. Ciraldo to stay at Penrith with a view to Head Coach role in 5 years- I understand he's already being paid close to head coach salary
2. We sign John Morris
3. Madge signs with Bulldogs
4. Wolf to coach Warriors

Hilarious. It's all over then. When we have heard this crap in the past every one of them has brushed us.

This is poo, he ain't coming.

No way...

Reasons below:
He lives close to Tigers area so would not have to move family
Would get paid more with us as a HC over his current assistant
Ivan is there for at least another 5 years so no chance at Panthers
If its a 5 year deal he would get paid out anyway if it didn't work out
IF it didn't work out he would find a assistant job again without a problem..

This is a golden opportunity for him as most new coaches need to take lower team jobs with the top club coaches locked in for a reason..

IMO I don't think he will take it but who's knows.
He ain't coming.

First time posting this kind of info based on previous posts of yours its hard to believe the legitimacy of it mate, not calling you a liar mate but never seen you post something of this nature before so forgive me for being skeptical but until we hear an offical announcement from Tigers or Panthers about CC he could still be deciding on what to do
