Our best one of the last few years we played on wing last year (Naden)
Haven't had any genuine centres in ages.

These fools can't put a roster together.

Your right. Sorry Naden might be a centre but he's a bad one. So much talent but his defence and handling is abysmal.

Other way around. Simpkin trained at 7 in the off season. You dont move your best to accommodate another position, thats nuts. Sheens already tried that in the Farah at 7 and Rowdy at 6 days.

It is almost unbelievable that Sheens said "not so fast...I saw something in 2017 that I think I can reignite in Luke'.

Definately not.You should never weaken a position to strengthen another especially when it is your best player and he touches the ball more than any other

Nothing is unbelievable with Sheens.

This stint makes me even more convinced that if we pissed him off in 2007 we would have won another comp. He thinks he can manufacture a 7, but for every Prince or Stuart he has found about 10 john Morris's. Ruined Benji and Robbies chances of becoming true greats, he has been a fraud since the 90s with one beautiful run of attacking football and a squad that just clicked in 05.

Run around in slow motion...not sure what to do....that is basically exactly how Benji played.

The difference is he had freakish ability to turn some of those dead plays into tries (some also ended up in row 3)

He has been doing a lot of "showing" at training, but that is not coaching.

There is nothing to say he actually can coach.

We would’ve been in the 8 with Jackson in this team directing the forwards and playing with API.

We are the only NRL team that cannot ever create an overlap.
The couple of times when we have created numbers has been largely due to Staines impact with his speed and fearless ball running.

But to be honest, as poor as they are I’d stick with these two for now…really would be just trying to fill in as many positions as we think will be there long term. Only saw second half but with talau leaving, I’d keep To’a at right centre and Naden at left centre, bula fullback and Tupou and Staines the two wings…really feel like you’ve got 15 out of 17 positions mostly sorted (centres aren’t great). Bummer about those last two positions…
