Krystian Mapapalangi.

Still carrying the candle for him?
Didn't show much in his half a dozen games for the Knights I don't reckon.
Can't see him getting a start over Naden even.

It is good that one of our Balmain juniors has returned and I believe he was rated the best centre prospect produced by Holy Cross.Krystian Mapapalangi.

I was thinking that in the second half against the Dragons they looked gone I think it's metalDo you think fatigue could be an issue? the boys played 11 straight without a bye and have done a lot of travelling the last 3 weeks.
If it is it is a concern, however, look at the Donkeys and how the "overtraining" is affecting them. Benji doesn't strike me as that type of coach - but then again I haven't been to a training session. The one time I was in Sydney I tried but the CoE was quiet.Do you think fatigue could be an issue? the boys played 11 straight without a bye and have done a lot of travelling the last 3 weeks.
So they say...It is good that one of our Balmain juniors has returned and I believe he was rated the best centre prospect produced by Holy Cross.
He also suffered a bad run of injuries and the Knights have purchased Brown. So they say...
I think there's more to this story though...
He went to the Knights & was stuck behind Gagai & Best.... that's a hard act to follow.
He was shopped to super league clubs however he's ended up at the magpies.
I believe has has the desire to back himself and still chase the NRL dream. He's played a bunch of different positions in cup the past few weeks and has consistently looked good and got better with each game.
A kid with a dream and the desire to succeed.... interested to see how we manage this.
I'll say he's better than Lobb, Feledy and Fataape.
💯 we have 2 byes the week before origins. That doesn’t suit us if we aren’t getting players named. We want to be playing against the teams who are missing their SOO stars.I'll be glad for the mental break - but It would have been a good week not to have the bye with teams impacted by SOO - shame we haven't got the Cowboys this week.
Yep . Buzz going on about it being an advantage to us - absolute opposite.💯 we have 2 byes the week before origins. That doesn’t suit us if we aren’t getting players named. We want to be playing against the teams who are missing their SOO stars.
Not a fan of Kit.Hunt is our #1 bulldozer. You can see how much he provides when he's on the field in terms of team lifting with his charges. We just need more of it.
In our roster, his understudy for this role is Kit Laulilii who is still a couple of years away from providing any semblance of similar impact.
Yes, that would be why we have those byes. It's not a coincidence.💯 we have 2 byes the week before origins. That doesn’t suit us if we aren’t getting players named. We want to be playing against the teams who are missing their SOO stars.
Has there ever been a lower set Comparison bar than those 3? 😂😂😂I'll say he's better than Lobb, Feledy and Fataape.
Had to laugh at some of the comments on here when Lobb signed, everyone thought he was the 2nd coming of Tuiaki lol.Has there ever been a lower set Comparison bar than those 3? 😂😂😂
Wonder why Ressies get smacked most weeks.
Damn, sorry I missed it. 🤣He said "hello, I have a pube for a head".
He only turned 20 in Feb and is playing nsw cup front row. Props don't hit their straps usually to 23 at least. No rush for himNot a fan of Kit.
IMO he will never make it from what I have seen. I think hew has already peaked.
Watching him last year we he was a boy playing against men and failed to make an impact. However, he must have worked hard over the off season and actually has a physical presence when carrying the ball or hitting in defence. Should only get stronger over the next couple of years. He only turned 20 in Feb and is playing nsw cup front row. Props don't hit their straps usually to 23 at least. No rush for him
I liken him a bit to Moses Leota who only made his NSW Cup & later NRL debut at age 21 after coming up through the grades at Penrith. It wasn't until he was 23 that he had cemented his 1st grade spot. So I'm happy to give Kit time to gradually develop his body & game.Watching him last year we he was a boy playing against men and failed to make an impact. One of our few pathways players who seems to be trending in an upwards direction. Hopefully him and his brother get some luck on the injury front and can develop their game further.
