Assuming that is true, can you really blame Galvin knowing there would have been and was plenty of other clubs who would give him an opportunity in the halves.
Not sure if there is any truth to that statement as why would Richo then offer Galvin 1 million per season to stay ?
Anyway it’s now old news, but just doesn’t make a lot of sense.
Back on topic, would Jonathan Sua be a good addition to add competition for positions in our outside backs ?

I would argue makasini has been talked up much more than Galvin was...especially with Rugby chasing him.
I completely agree..
My theory (which is complete speculation) is that Richo inflated the figure we offered Galvin in his public statement... The agent and player never saw it... He could have said we offered him 2mill and no one would know any better.
An example of Richos finest work was when he came out and announced funding for leichardt and Campbelltown... but when probed, the premier said that nothing has been approved and it wasn't something he was aware of.. I'm surprised there hasn't been more talk about this actually...
Richo isn't a cookie cutter administrator, he knows how to play the game to get what he wants .

This is opinions only …no wrong or right answers … Im talking about the anticipation prior to the game …Galvin was big …but Maka seems bigger … I would say Bula not so much …although my memory of that isn’t great …
Tedesco was huge …was at that game …. Not a good memory
We have Makasini and Luke Laulilli in addition to our current NRL back 5.
You need two more top 30 outside backs and you would hope they are both players who will at least come into contention for NRL selection.
Jake Tago another one that could be useful on the minimum wage.
He extended with the Sharks late last year.

For me, it’s a bit anti climactic being the last round. It’s not like if he plays well, we’ll see him back up the next week. He might not even play round 1 next season. In saying that, it’s good that he’s getting a shot.
Just watched Tago on Terrells podcast.
They're close. Seems like a perfect fit.
He can take Naden's spot.
I reckon he’s under rated, runs the ball just as powerfully as someone like Taylan May and watching that interview he sounds like he’s matured as a person and would relish the chance of trying to break into an NRL team containing some of his very close mates.

We aren’t going to have the whole NSW Cup side in the Top 30 …
AD is also a solid option for the NRL centre's in a pinch
Honestly was thinking the same...
Seemed a decent back up option that would fit right in.
Absolutely agree we are 1 or 2 backs short for a top 30 especially taking into account that none of our development players are outside backs and those 2 are 18 and 19.
We do have Mapapalangi and Tuitupo from cup who may win a spot as backup if we don't sign anyone
