2012-2013 Football (Sokkah) Thread

Why oh why do I follow Everton? We have about 20 shots in the first half for one goal, (realistically should have buried half a dozen), then concede 2 in the second half. Didn't help having 2 legit penalties denied, but that was 3 points well and truly wasted. Seriously, supporting Everton is 10000x harder than supporting the Tigers.

Thought you might enjoy that Chris

Hammers got a draw Sick of players injuries Just about out of attacking midfielders

Be interesting to see who's next on the list

He's slowly running out of options

Miron Bleiberg would be a colourful addition to the EPL

Abramovich doesn't know what he wants.

The Special One wins the EPL title twice, and then gets sacked because he couldn't take them to a Champions League gong… Di Matteo wins the Champions League and then he gets the bullet.

One things for sure CB , if he owned the Tigers Sheens sure as hell wouldn't have been here until 2012

I suppose he certainly keeps the managers on their toes

West Ham did great holding Manchester United scoreless for 89 minutes.

Yeah after scoring after 32 seconds

The Hammers are really struggling without their attacking midfielders Vaz Te and Yossi Benayoun That said we probably had the better of the second half

Chelsea now 😱pen_mouth:

Jeez Chelsea are on a slippery slope…

Any West Brom fans here? You'd think they'd be ecstatic at the moment.

Yep Who would of thought

Would be great to see a team like WBA qualify for Europe (or the Hammers  )

You would already be aware of the scores from overnight Happy but you would be pretty chuffed with the Hammers giving it to Chelsea (boy what's going on there of late)

Also Man U have extended there lead after winning 4-3 against Reading (all 7 goals scored in the first 34 minutes) with Man City drawing 1 all with Everton.

Man U have a handy 4 point? lead after this weekends games.

Must of fallen asleep about 5 minutes before it started and woke up again about 15 minutes after it finished 😢

Without all the players injured a great victory for the Hammers First time in 10 years since we have beaten Chelsea anywhere

Next week , bring on those nasty Scousers Bring it Chris :rant

Bayern are going to make it 3 CL finals in 4 years.

and we're actually going to win one of them. The way this team is playing right now,. VERY difficult to beat.

Australia draw 1-1 with North Korea, I have to say I have been a fan of Holger until this tournament, he just can't get it right, we stumbled past Hong Kong and now we draw with North Korea, basically now we have to thrash the two minnows by 7 goals each. I always believe the Socceroos were in a bad spot when he took over due to Verbeek's dislike of the A-League and failure to blood players, but we have regressed under Holger even more. If we do qualify for Brazil (not too sure if we will now) it could well be an even bigger than South Africa if Holger remains at the helm.
