I'm sure the amount he wants to get paid isn't outlandish, a stab in the dark is an extra 100k..
His performance today alone is worth a 100k bonus, given the heat it takes off the club in the media.. To beat Galvin, Ciraldo and the Dogs - lets be real, it was our Grand final. We aren't going to make the 8. We aren't in spoon bowl. This was our game of the year, and he nailed it for everyone..

Douehi is mentally tough and that is something we desperately need with our young squad. We need to keep him.
Also, you can’t evaluate him off the back of previous years as he was always with players that weren’t up to it.
I always really rated him as a young rugby fly half.

His inconsistency is why 350K is the right price. Might pick up a bit more at a shit club and keep losing.

Didn’t see the game but by all reports had a cracker.

No brainer to re-sign him.
He could end up a good 13. He can play winning footy in the halves. He can fill in at any backline position and he's a great fit for the 14. Most importantly he's stayed injury free this year.
Truthfully, I was critical about him earlier in the year as he was average in the centres, but he's been our best half each time he's played there. He's slowly getting his pace back so with one more injury free offseason, there's every chance he continues to improve as a player.

Maybe $ 450 x 3 years , the extra year over dragons may help , he is still young so 3 is a no brainer
