Im not sure of their level of interest in the club or how much they might read on the subject but **Adam Doueihi is our 5/8**.

I'm not 100% sold on him as a 5/8th yet but am willing to give him more time in the position. He needs to be better than he was on Sunday though.


The 1 to 17 need to better than they were on Sunday.

Given the selections and how the coach responded to the perfomance however i guess the only thing that can screw Doueihi up is being told what he did is good enough.

Yeah as I said, I just have a couple of aspects of his game I would like to see him improve.

Thats fair enough. I got no problem with that. just dont be a guy who wants him to play centre

He is the roll of the dice at 5/8, I dont see anyone better suited at the club, but unfortunately there has been limited signs from AD that he is the answer.

I say that based on no viable alternatives, he gets a long stint to make it his spot. The scary thing with AD is he looks like a good footballer, but (so far) not exceptional at one spot. If he fails at making the 6 his, he is not good enough at centre or fullback to be persisted with.

For the old Tigers, to me there is a lot of Michael Gillette about him. Hope he exceeds Mick Gillette.

How impressive is this fella, Future captain imo. Speaks extremely well, always looking to improve and backs it up doesnt just talk. Several times I saw some great leadership qualities, rallying up the boys and trying to keep their heads in the game. Put on a shot on Barnett after his kick to the corner was such a great sight to see.

Bring it on Doueihi

Go to the top of the class, someone finally knows how to spell Doueihi.

I'm pretty sure Douehi has it wrong ....we may not win footy games but with diction police in this place we are undefeated premiers when it comes to spelling and comprehension

Don't know if it's already been mentioned but my favourite moment from the Parra game was around the 20 minute mark in the second half when Doueihi knocked on. After the play Moses was being a jerk talking garbage to him and Doueihi completely ignored him. 6 minutes later he scored that wily solo try and got right on with the game. Tigers players always react to other teams and get silly when they do something good. Not Doueihi. He's just a quality player who seems really strong mentally (which is something we have lacked). I think his bombs are more threatening than most in the game at the moment and he plays well in a beaten team. Hopefully the team gives him more time and space this season.

I think he should be made captain soon.
