With what? That nearly all contracts confer a right to terminate in the event of a default by the other party? Dont know how you can disagree with that. Dont throw the Sheens contract situation up. That was completely different. Sheens was not in default. NRL coaching contracts dont generally contains performance conditions entitling the club to terminate.
Anyway this is all pointless given that Mayer has stated the article is incorrect.
