For Melbourne it's about the team not the individual. Nofa already has toned down the strut and gesturing to the cameras. Pretty sure Bellamy who is a fan of the loan would also school him if he had a crack at the club that made the loan possible. You don't bite the hand that feeds you.

One of the tests I give a half back is how many line drop outs do the other team have to do . Check the tapes we achieve this less than just about any team however any half behind a pack with no go forward has very little decision making time

That’s a fair call.

But even with this major handicap, our end of sets haven’t been much to write home about.

But it’s a team effort, not enough players at optimum consistently.

I can't remember. I do know the last two contract seasons when he looked like going to EELS he played well. If you say he's been fine most of the last 9 years then I trust your judgement.

Personally reckon it has more to do with the halves playing inside him on the right edge over those seasons. Probably getting paid too much if figures bandied about are correct, but doesn't change him always putting in and most importantly, getting the ball over the line when given some opportunities.

Still haven't seen a second of David playing elsewhere, though unsurprised that he would be playing better than his opposite winger with decent service.

Melbourne has a rule that’s part of their culture that after you score a try you can’t acknowledge the crowd or the cameras. You have to turn around and thank your teammates. It’s quite funny watching Nof do that when his natural instinct is to do otherwise.
