It would be a 100 to 1 long shot if we got his signature . He would have to have a massive back loaded contract just to balance the books and even than theirs a limit yo the amount you can back load. Love to see any quality fullback at the Tigers, but the chances of Dugan are very very slim.

As far as Dugans ego is concerned, he is still just a kid. He strikes me as a bit of a dumb kid who excells at something and has been cut a lot of slack because of it. Also because of the nature of Canberra, he is a massive fish in a very small pond.

It would do him good to get out of Canberra. **It would be a dream come true for him at the Tigers and for that reason alone I cant see it happening**. I really rate him as a fullback. In many ways he is a bit of an old fashioned fullback with many of the modern traits as well. I'd take him over Hayne.

I dont get this line. Why would it be a dream come true for HIM at the tigers, …...............and then u say thats why i cant see it happening.

Wont happen as if Raiders will release their best player who is under contract, imagine the up roar from Raiders fan towards the club. I think this rumour is a million to one imo.

I just dont want to get too far ahead of ourselves here. There has been no solid source come out to say "yes the tigers are in talks with Dugan." The internet world, in particular rugby league forums, have a way of changing a story from the dog chasing the cat to the cat chasing the dog by the time the story has gone full circle.

haven't seen any word from the raiders management , dugan or dugan's manager saying that he will be fulfilling his contract at canberrra either .

he has longer than 12 months contract left so it is illegal to be in official contract talks with him .

all humphreys has said and will say is that if dugan becomes available we're interested .

however where's smoke there's usually a fire .

Bulldog Tweeted tonight that the Tigers do intend on having a shot at Dugan. I responded to query whether he said this morning on 2ky that they had signed him. He advised No he was stating that they would definitely have a shot and if successful would be a great signing.

Dugan will be a wests tiger in 2012 jus has to go through the formalisation of things…tigers have offloaded enough money in there cap in fit blair and dugan in and will rely on under 20s from this year and next to fill holes in squad in regards to injurys.Only concern i have is in off season robbie farah will have his groin operated on jus hope he comes back bigger and better and can regain that acceleration in pace which he seems to have lost this season

I have to say that I am excited by the prospect of Dugan coming aboard, he would be that speedy fearless fullback we have been waiting for since Hodgo left. A spine of Dugan, Lui, Marshall and Farah would be devastating for other teams to oppose. With Woods, Galloway, Blair , Ellis & Heino laying the forward platform, these guys would carve defenses up.

Even though I think it would be a long shot in getting Dugan, it is nice to dream.
