Eels Broncos spoilers

Great decision by the board letting Moses go and help another team make the 8\. The Eels are laughing at us right now, as they were last weekend when he helped them beat us.
Can we swap him for Brooks?

Bit unfair on the club. Yep Moses is playing well but he clearly didn't want to be at the Tigers and did what he could to leave. Keeping at the club would have been poison.

The fact Moses dogged it in his last month here showed his character ..I don't care how he's playing now…Cleary made the right decision in the end...

Personally I still reckon Moses is too premeditated. Certainly he's playing better right now than almost anything he showed for us this year, you can argue whether that's his surroundings or his pea heart.

But tonight I saw Moses pushing passes and it coming off, Broncos being found wanting on the edge from what honestly were a few tepid kicks and looped cut-out passes. I thought the Broncos defence faded badly, which is unusual for them, French barging over in traffic epitomising that.

I think all those hoping that Moses was going to fail miserably once leaving should perhaps move on to someone else, cause with each performance it is becoming more evident that he is developing into a very good footy player.
More time should be given to hoping our club from now on gets into a position where attracting quality players, retaining them and getting the best from them, is equal to other well run establishments unlike the perception that our club is currently trying to correct, through years of less than ordinary management.

Yes it is what it is.
Just a player moving on and doing better at better surroundings. Happens all the time.
The Parra forward pack is playing well, particularly Brown and that really helps.
Now that is a boy we could do with.
Club should really hang their heads for not seeing his potential. He is one that wanted to stay.
As far as Moses I just can't go past what he did with us. Just a big child act.
Good riddance.

I just think if he has the ability to pea heart on a club and act like a 5 year old when he cannot get his own way, then this will come out again when things don't suit him so i will watch his career with interest now.

What a dog Moses is, deliberately tanked it for us.

To an extent he did, but he was also continually over playing his hand in a losing side that was going nowhere at the time and coming up with stupid mistakes. He's now playing alongside a good experienced 5/8 in Norman, within a stronger team that has better all round structure, so naturally his game will improve. I don't think anyone ever doubted he has the talent - before his cry baby act, most wanted him to be the first one we kept.

Notice also, he is now playing at no 7 first receiver - the position Joey Johns pointed out months ago that he should be playing in. Because of Brooks we he had to play him at 5/8, but they were both at loggerheads trying to control a game. Probably why they never seemed to gel much together on the field.

The way I see it is pretty simple. Moses has a tonne of ability and is a really good footy player. His petulant attitude though is something that I never want to see tolerated at this club. I'm glad he is gone and when his buddy who is probably more petulant and the big lump leave it'll be great.

I'd love to see Benji back at the club though. He is definitely a good first grade player.

Strange!!!!! You say can we swap him for Brooks, then you give Tigerdave a "like" for saying that Moses tanked it for us????????
:brick:

Woods and Tedesco aren't even in the same league as Moses in the dog stakes. He was disrupting his teammates because he didnt get his own way. The worst kind of flog. He is whooping it up now, let's see how he's going in a year or 2\. Probably wishing he was at our club by then. Karma will get him.

This is a bit of a shock! Parramatta showing a lot of grit, they are definitely contenders. We did well to match it with them last week.

Parra are a long way off being contenders. On their day they are electric, too many egotistical show-ponies in their team, the day that they are 12-nil down they will fold and cop a 40 point embarrassment , looking forward to watching it.

Yea let's swap him for Brooks so he can tank for the rest of the season.

I'm happy with Brooks - at least when playing for us he tries and he has no mental issues. God give us strength.

Dont give Joey too much credit, he probably read that opinion on here as quite a few of us had been saying they were arse about for around 2 years. Brooks was the runner and Moses the schemer it was obvious they were being used wrong.

That said i am very happy that dog is no longer with us. Moses is scum of the lowest order and pieces of trash like him always get theirs in the end.

I agree with your assessment in general FTB but….they were down 12 nil last night against a very good side and ended up dominating. Unfortunately we are going to see that skinny little scumbag play finals footy this year.

I didn't watch last nights game-didnt realise Parra were down by 12, very good win then by the sounds of it. Don't think they will do much damage in the finals though. Hopefully not anyhow!
