I think it is likely you will be proven correct. Often it takes a few days (or more) to come through.

Even if it doesn't come off, doesnt mean your info was wrong.

A few years back a player (who I know pretty well) told me straight out he'd come to terms with a club and a deal was done whilst we had lunch, even said how relieved he felt. A week later he announced he was going elsewhere!
Next time I spoke to him I sort said what was that about, were you keeping us in the dark, he reckoned that other stuff happened and the manager and the clubs came to a sort of trade involving another player and he ended up getting a few more dollars closer to home so he was happy with it, so was the other player so it all changed last minute.

Things change. So even if it doesnt come through, the info was probably correct at the time.

theres a lot to sort out with contracts, id imagine especially with a guy moving mid year. wouldnt surprise me if its all agreed but a few minor legals still being sorted.

Not sure if it is gospel,but I heard it is all on hold till the NRL approve Lawrence's re jigged contract. If and when they approve it,they will than be able to lodge Taylor's contract,if they knock it back we do not have cap space.
